Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Ogden

So, I am running to my dads to help take care of him and I wanted a good meal from chick fil a, where I frequently purchase their chicken strips. I came around the side of the restaurant and allowed people who were there to go ahead of me and then when no one else was coming from that end, I joined the line to the drive through. Everyone knows how busy chick fil a drive thrus get in any state/city. The line was quite large ahead of me. An employee taking orders in the drive thru came up to my window and asked if I turned left to get in line. I told him I did and he proceeded to tell me to back up and go get behind the line of cars that had pulled up behind me. I didn’t butt in line. Like I said, I allowed every car coming straight, ahead of me before I turned left to get behind them at the Chick fil a in Ogden, this could’ve been handled completely different! I told your employee, I was not going to do that and then told him I would not purchase a meal from your chick fil a restaurant. He said ok and I left. Is it really worth losing a couple customers due to the fact I entered the drive thru line with a left turn???? Honestly! I did not get in front of anyone! I let people ahead of me and then got into line when no one else was coming.Please train your employees better! I will no longer be getting food from this chick fil a location! I will be giving my business to Wendy’s that’s adjacent to you when in the area. Oh, and the Layton Chick fil a too. They are much more pleasant to deal with and don’t have abstract crappy rules on how to enter...

Went to drive in at 3:27 pm. Ordered a chicken sandwich. Handed the girl at the window a twenty dollar bill. She gave me back ten dollars and 5 cents for a sandwich that cost $3.95 with tax. As we pulled away my wife said stop. We don't have the right change. I tried to stop, but the car behind me was already moving to the window. So I pulled into a parking space and got out and walked in. After waiting in line, I spoke to the teller and told her I was shorted on my change for twenty dollars. She said just a moment. After 20 minutes she returned to say there was nothing they could do. They had counted the money in the till and it came out exactly correct. After a long heated discussion they said they would review their video and get back to me. No response from them, so I called them . The girl who answered my call put me on hold while she checked it out. She came back and said the manager hadn't had time to review the video. So I asked to talk to the manager. She said, "I am the manager." I said, "Is the manager there that I talked to earlier?" She said "No." I said, "Then who did you ask about my situation?" She said, "The manager from the earlier shift." I said, "Ok, can I talk to her?" She said I could not because she was at the end of her shift and was tired. I said, Ok, I'll wait to hear from her." Call ends. My point is I was made out to be dishonest by the management. This is not about the money. It is about how I was treated by the management. If something changes I will update...

I hate to write a bad review because I love chic Fila but I think I had the worst fast food service I’ve ever had, and Chic Fila is the place you’d least expect it. I ordered two sandwiches and I had enough points on my app to get them for free so I used the points. I got some fries too. I go sit down and after awhile they finally bring my fries but didn’t take my table marked. So I figured they’d be bringing my sandwiches in a little bit. Well I ended up waiting like 20 minutes because I usually don’t like to stir anything up. But I go up to the counter and they just didn’t even know about my sandwiches. So then I had to go through the whole process again of ordering them and it just seemed like the workers didn’t really care. Like I feel like back in the day people would offer you something for wasting your time. Like even just a free drink or something would’ve felt nice. But nowadays nobody cares to make things right, not even chic Fila. Luckily I didn’t have anywhere to be tonight but most times when you get fast food you’re in a hurry, this incident could’ve thrown off my whole evening if that was the case. This review might seem petty but I just didn’t expect to be treated like that...
