I wish I could give zero stars. I went to this location in Boardman with my boyfriend. We walked in to order our drinks and donuts and that's where the problem started. I usually get a frozen Vanilla Spice w/o whipped cream and extra powder. The vanilla spice used to be called vanilla Chai spice. Chai is usually made from a powder. So that's my reasoning as to why I ask for extra powder. Then at other locations I've been told they use a powder and that's what I was looking for. So when I asked for my drink the woman, Latricia, at the cash register was confused. I tried to explain to her what I meant, but she said that I can't say whipped cream at all if I don't want it because that just confuses her. But. . .I was just confirming that I don't want whipped cream. Because that drink usually comes with whipped cream. There's been times I forgot to say no whipped cream and I got it. Then she went on to say that there is no vanilla spice powder. Even if that may be so, I still wanted extra flavoring or whatever they use to make the drink. She didn't tell me what I could do and just stared at me. My boyfriend tries to explain it to her and how this is the only location we've had this problem. She refused to listen and then started yelling at my boyfriend. Thankfully, a gentleman came over to help us. However, the woman from earlier was yelling behind the counter. Yelling about the time her shift ends and telling my boyfriend to come fight her and that I have and attitude for not knowing what I want. I've had issues with ordering from here before, when they've added a couple shots of espresso when I only order a Vanilla Spice. Nothing to fret over, but this recent incident does call for...

I understand that this place is new and the employees are new and need time to adjust to their new job but, the people there are kind of rude. They do not look you in the face when they talk to you, do not appear friendly and are short. I keep going back hoping that they will get my drink order right eventually but they never do. I always ask for EXTRA almond milk but they never give me extra and I feel like if I have to pay for extra almond milk I would like to get that. The remodel is so beautiful but, I don't know if they did not wait long enough for the ground to settle or what but the parking lot is already starting to sink.There are little sink spots in the parking lot and the drive through is like 5-7 inches elevated which is really odd. If zero stars were an option i would I still round it back to the negatives. I went in and the cashier was so polite then I saw female who was absolutely physically sick make my drink and all I asked was if they could remake my drink from someone who isn't coughing over my drink while they makeit.. I was once a barista, a triple shot and hot water isn't hard at all. So the girl came storming from the back slamming everything around. Realize she messed up out of frustration and slammed the cup into a garbage can at which point I just said forget it. Didn't even want the refund or anything. Just left.
