RAbsolutely the worst eat'n park experience I have ever had. There looked to be 6 tables in the restaurant. As we walked in the manager was rushing past us to take food to the curb for someone who had ordered ahead. She was clearly frazzled. When we came in it took a few minutes for someone to greet us. Once we were seated it was 5 minutes before the server came to take a drink order...many servers passed us in this time. 10 minutes after we ordered drinks and our food, the server came out with my husband's baked potato side but no drinks. And she didn't acknowledge the drinks were missing at this point. Shortly after she dropped the potato we heard a server telling another table that they got slammed with carryout orders and the manager said they could seat people but that they couldn't take their orders for 15 minutes. Whaaaaat? Still doesn't explain why we don't have drinks at this point...our server seems to have 1 other table and she is in the kitchen most of the time. Keep in mind this whole time I am not seeing the manager. Our server drops food on the table next to us. Now I feel bad for her. But 25 minutes into this we still have no drinks. Another server notices and gets them for us. Our server is crying in the back we are told. Where is management? If you tell me she is in back cooking, I will scream. She is the front of house manager and should be making a presence as the restaurant falls apart. People are trying to get their checks to leave, a table who hasn't been served yet has just walked out, my husband's burger came out all wrong. But hey, our server came back at the end for us to pay. She offered us a smiley cookie for free. I love eat'n park but this location has shamed the name. New management is...
Read moreSoup was cold...manager offered to heat it up after it was almost gone...never took my daughter's or my soup off the bill...next my Dad ordered a fish sandwich and server came back and said we don't have a fish sandwich...he was new and instead of checking with someone because he didn't see it on the computer (it's a regular menu item) he just tried to say they don't have them...I told him it's on the menu, he then must have found it...he ended up serving it on grilled Italian bread without okay to replace the usual bun it comes on...My dad also wanted a salad without cheese and he said it comes that way, I used to work here many yrs ago, they do not mix cheese with lettuce, it's added when the salad is made...next he didn't as my mom if she wanted a 1 or 2 piece baked fish dinner and came out with the bigger fish dinner...the manager did change that to the 1 pc dinner, but charged for everything else...club sandwich barely had any bacon on it...2 of the squares had a single crumble of bacon. The server wasn't steady holding a tray and I thought he was going to burn my mom with hot tea...I suggest better training before you throw a server on the floor...very disappointing dining experience...we won't be back to this location...$75 $90 with a tip) is ridiculous for cold and nonpar food...yes I still tip with bad service it's not his fault they don't train well and servers make only $2.83 an hr...please train your servers better and also cooks how to make...
Read moreMy daughter picked Eat N Park for dinner tonight. It was only her and I. We had to wait about 5 mins to get seated. Hardly anyone was in there but the hostess needed to wipe down the table. The waitress came over quickly and was very nice. I ordered a grilled chicken salad and my daughter a burger and fries with a gf bun. We both have a gluten allergy but are fine if things with gluten have been in a fryer before our item. Everything came out rather quickly and looked good at first glance. But when I started going through my salad I noticed the fries were soaked in grease. I actually took them all out and put them on a napkin. My lettuce was wet with the grease as well. On a good note the chicken in my salad was great, not rubbery or overcooked just perfect. My daughters fries were greasy but not as bad as mine were. I asked the waitress if they changed fries because it’s been a while since I’ve been there and didn’t know if they were supposed to be like that. She apologized and got me new ones. Sadly they were greasy as well but not as bad as my salad ones. I ate a few and we took half the burger and fries home. My daughter just ate the fries and they made her sick. I remember going to Eat N Park years ago and the fries did not look like they did today, so they definitely changed them. It was a bad move. The waitress was very nice though. They only let a few people sit and eat at a time, maybe six couples were in the whole restaurant and they were...
