Rally House Spring Meadows — Local services in Maumee

My wife and I went to the RALLY HOUSE at Springmeadows this past Thursday and what a wonderful experience!! Richard and Trisha ( store mgr) couldn't have been more helpful and friendly!! And, after I had asked on a couple previous visits, if they might ever carry Cincinnati Reds and Bengals merchandise, what did I see but a large, new area full of Bengals gear!! I thanked them profusely and they said more will e coming in . This has always been a great store to shop in and now it is EVEN BETTER!

Found a hat that I liked but they did not have it in my size. Sales person came over to see if we needed help and I told him about problem. He went to check if there was any stock in the back. When he came back he said there were no other hats in the back but he could call another store and have them ship me the hat (no charge for shipping) if I bought the hat at their location Went ahead and did this and should have the hat...

Everyone was outstanding, especially the gentleman who helped us. Unfortunately, I don’t remember his name but he had a beard and was super helpful and informative…great place. I live in NY and was in town for a wedding. I bought a Bowling Green Hot Rod hat-bootlegger edition. It’s something I know no other New Yorker will have.
