To start, I would give this review zero stars if possible - 1 star is definitely too generous for the experience I had this morning. I ordered through the drive thru. After I paid, I was asked to pull into a parking spot to wait for the food as they were short-staffed. I was then brought the incorrect order 3 times. On the third time, the McDonald's employee asked for my receipt so they could look into what was happening. I was then brought another order which was not mine. After the 4th incorrect order being brought out, I decided to go inside to see what was happening and was immediately told that my order was being bagged up. I waited another 20 minutes and then asked for an update, where they asked to see my receipt that I had already handed over. They then asked me to tell them what I had ordered and they said they would get to it right away. When I walked away from the counter, another customer informed me that the manager had told other customers that she would not be giving any refunds. I had been at McDonald's for an hour at this point and many of the other customers had been there for the same time if not longer. I requested to speak to the manager who then refused to come up to the counter at all. She finally did come to the counter and I had to fight to get my money back. She did finally start the refund process (with a ton of attitude), but tried to give me a lower amount than I had actually paid. When I said something, she said "I know" and put in a second refund.
There were also many other customers who came in after those of us who had been waiting for an hour or more who got their orders immediately. This entire experience points to poor management and I am disgusted that the manager would think it is appropriate to steal from the customers by saying that she would not be issuing any refunds.
I will not be returning to this McDonald's and am glad that there are many other fast food options near this location to...

My wife and I took our daughter and 2 grandchildren, ages 3 and 5, here this afternoon at the request of the grandkids. My wife's double cheeseburger had only one meat patty with two slices of cheese. When my wife returned it to the counter and told the employee that there was only one patty, she had to tell the employee what a double cheeseburger is and how to assemble it. Tne happy meal for one grandchild contained fries instead of the apple slices as ordered. When that was reported to an employee at the counter, the fries were removed from the serving box and were replaced with apple slices. Our daughter ordered a Big Mac. When she opened the wrapper, she noted that the sandwich was assembled incorrectly; instead of bun, patty, bun, patty, bun, her sandwich came as bun, patty, patty, bun, bun. My wife requested it be replaced with a properly assembled Big Mac. The initial sandwich was whisked away, and the replacement sandwich was delivered in the same incorrect order as the first. My daughter did not wish to try again to get a properly prepared Big Mac, but my wife took the sandwich back to the counter and again had to instruct the employee, this time on how to make a Big Mac. My wife told me that the employee to whom she had spoken identified herself as the manager. Oh, another thing, my 3 year-old grandson had a coughing spell and when my daughter asked an employee for a cup of water for him, she was charged 25 cent's. I sure am glad that I only ordered a coffee. What a miserable nightmare experience we had! No apologies were given by management. Read moreThe food is, well, normal McDonalds food. The manager here does care, but the employees seem aloof. The only reason we have come to this location is because they have a really big play area for the kids, with it's own "family bathroom (with an adult toilet and a child-size toilet). There are usually a lot of kids there for my children to play with, and I've had great conversation with some of the mom's here. The morning manager is very kind and accommodating and obviously takes his job seriously, but I'm assuming the night shift drops the ball, based upon what the kids play area looks like first thing in the morning . Unfortunately, they do not keep it clean AT ALL. I've seen diapers left on the changing tables overnight, and the changing table was filthy - obviously not cleaned for several days AT LEAST. When I, as usual, wiped down the changing table before use, the wipe was dark gray. Yuck. It's close and convenient when I'm out shopping or running errands, and I'm not really afraid of germs, so we will be back, but I always make my kids bathe immediately after playing here, and I make them frequently use the sanitizing hand wipes and liquid hand sanitizer that is provided.
