My wife and I came into Panini's yesterday afternoon for lunch. From the moment we were seated our waitress had a chip on her shoulder. Our appetizers were subpar to be polite. Our main course came and was missing the caprocollo meat! After spending 20 minutes flagging down our waitress, she not only raised her voice to us, she claimed we took the meat off our sandwich! Talk about embarrassing! We asked to speak to a manager and of course! She was the manager! After debating with her with no resolution, another waitess got the owner. Unfortunately he wasn't any more helpful than our waitress. After all was said and done, after I paid full price for my meal, the owner gave us a $10.00 gift card only redeemable at this Panini's. What a waste! I would not recommend this Panini's to even my worst enemy, let alone walk back into this poor excuse of a restaurant. No one deserves the treatment we received. Disgusting and absolutely deplorable. Panini's - you may want to reevaluate...
Read moreAbsolutely disgraceful experience at Paninis. We requested outdoor seating, but the hostess misunderstood and made us wait 25 minutes — while seating others outside ahead of us. That alone was frustrating, but what happened next was shocking: we caught employees openly mocking us for the misunderstanding, laughing and whispering like it was some kind of joke.
When we brought this completely unprofessional behavior to the so-called “manager” John, instead of apologizing or showing any accountability, he berated us — the paying customers — for even bringing it up. His exact words? “Maybe you should just go somewhere else.” Don’t worry, John — we will, and we’ll be telling everyone we know to do the same.
Paninis is a joke of a restaurant with even worse leadership. With treatment like this, it’s no surprise if they don’t last much longer. Spend your money somewhere you’ll actually be treated...
Read moreWe have been going to the Concord Panini's for years, and always enjoy it. There are many nice large televisions throughout the front and back sections of the restaurant, as well as on the patio - so it's a great place to catch Buckeyes, Indians, Cavs games, or other sporting events. The bartenders and servers are friendly and efficient which goes well with the casual, relaxed vibe of the place. The patio has a nice bar, umbrella tables, a waterfall feature, some landscaping, and is fenced in from the parking lot, so it is a great place to enjoy a meal or drinks in the summer.
The menu features the typical sports bar types of foods (wings, wraps, panini sandwiches, burgers, and pizza). The pizza is my favorite.
With reasonable prices, dependable service, and a relaxed comfortable environment, Panini's is always a...
