Subway — Restaurant in Ohio

Horrible attitude. I get coupons in the mail each month, which you would assume are to be used at local businesses. Apparently this Subway didn’t get that memo. There were passive aggressive signs posted by the order counter saying “we charge for napkins, forks, etc if you don’t buy anything” and “we don’t accept coupons on steak or rotisserie style chicken sandwiches.” I can understand having limitations on coupons if they’re stated, but I ordered a grilled chicken 6in, which is a completely separate style meat from the rotisserie styler chicken that they stated wasn’t included in the coupon, which I respected. I was greeted at the checkout with a swift “we don’t accept coupons for any chicken.” Please make sure that you advertise your limitations correctly, especially when the coupon states that it includes everything besides the limited time sandwiches. I made the mistake of paying $2 extra for less food when I should have just left the sandwich and walked out. I have used the same coupon from other month’s mail at other locations and have never had a problem. I wouldn’t recommend eating at this subway unless you want to...

AVOID. I never made it to the order phase because there was nobody behind the counter for the few minutes i waited, and when someone showed up she said hi then went back into the back.

When i got there it was empty, no employees, so i checked out the menu since it'd been a while. I waited about a minute until an employee came out, said she'd be right with me, then went back into the back never to be seen again. I ended up leaving after a few minutes. If the employees care so little about their jobs they refuse to take an order from a customer standing in front of them then what must they be doing to the food? How little care are they taking in its cleanliness? I'd bet if someone dropped chicken on the floor these employees would scoop it back into the bin to be served. Do not go here. It's not worth your money...

I went into this establishment for the last time about 2 months ago. I went in to grab a nice healthier lunch and the lady inside was super rude and didn't even say hello back after I asked how she was doing. I repeated myself with a smile even though I feel she should have at least looked at me and smiled or said "Please Hold, I can't smile or talk while I'm putting on rubber gloves" I'm a small business owner and completely understand it's hard to turn that smile on sometimes. But, there is no excuse in this entire world that would stop me from giving my customers a smile and greet them with kindness every time one steps...
