I would give this location 0 stars if I could. Absolutely the worst GameStop I have ever dealt with in my opinion. The workers are unprofessional and down right ignorant 😒 I have literally tried to call this location 30 times just to find out some information about buying Rocksmith 2014 remastered for the PS4 for his birthday coming up since he just started learning to play guitar. The first few times the phone just rang then stopped automatically. The next few times whomever it was answered the phone and immediately put me on mute for a solid 2 minutes. Then I tried again a couple more times only to reach a busy signal. Then there were a couple of times whoever was on the other end just answered and immediately hung up the phone. I feel that is very unprofessional and childish. I can understand being busy but at least have the common curiosity to answer the phone. I will honestly never shop there again. To be perfectly honest I think all people who are currently working 1st shift should be fired for being that rude, childish and extremely unprofessional especially with someone who is trying to be a good customer by supporting your business and buying your products. I don't deserve to be disrespected for no reason. Read moreWent in to pick up my preorder for Mario Party Jamboree today, since my husband had to work third and then I first and we have kids or I would have been there at release at midnight Thursday. Anyways, preordered this game back when I preordered the Switch 2, only to come in and be told the preorder was for the extension pack and not the game that I ordered and they do not have any in stock. Don’t know when they will have a copy in.
As soon as I entered I was greeted from the cash register in the back and talked to from there about what I was looking for and if I need help. Two employees and you can’t walk out to me and greet me and speak to me and instead holler across the store while I’m looking at specific things and expect me to holler back. Next, you do nothing to rectify the situation…I only am buying this game hard copy because I want to use my rewards. And just irritating that customer service today is out the window. No effort to seek it out at other stores for me and hold it so I can go pick up because I would have paid and no apology and just no desire to rectify the situation. So, I’m out after my pro membership ends next round and will purchase my games and consoles elsewhere after this.

He argued instead of showing transparency or professionalism. I vowed to stop going there. Then I heard MKT 11 had the ultimate edition to upload all of the characters for the PS4 so I ran into GameStop to grab it only to be played out of another $39.00 for a game that was $40.00 brand new? The employee talked me into buying the $39.00 dlc but neglected to tell me that I needed to have the PlayStation pass to play with the new characters I was livid!
