Hooters — Restaurant in Ohio

Wish I could rate zero. Only thing correct on our order was the water. Went with a couple friends who had never been to a hooters before. They were excited and thought we were gonna have fun. But it was bad from the get go. We were in our lunch break from work. They were slow to seat us and even slower to take our order. We were a group of three girls and the two guys behind us got there food and drinks before they had even taken our drink order. I tried to order a burger but they told me the grill is down pick something else. I ordered a taco salad no jalapeños. And a blackberry tea. She asked me for my ID.....I said that’s non alcoholic right? She said ....oh ....yeah. And walks away. My friends got boneless wings. It was on Monday bottomless wing day. Imagine there disappointment when they came 30 mins later bone in..... And my salad had jalapeños on it and my blackberry tea was magically a lemonade ....--. That messed up on a salad!!!!! How hard is it to make a salad!!!! She got the manager for us and they remade my friends wings. Told us it would be out in five mins..... another 20 mins later they got the boneless. Manager came back said there must have been a mistake and they had forgotten to speed up our order. --. The place wasn’t even that busy. There was one big table but then I notice not only did the manager go back to sit at that table but they also had burgers...... I was told the grill was down........obviously it wasn’t. Then they sent the waitress over to try to sell a table of three girls a pin up calander....... thought this place was family friendly? Sooooooo upset. This place sucked. The waitress was kind despite everything being wrong. I give her props for that but I don’t think I will ever go back to this sorry excuse for a restaurant. The manager just didn’t act like she...

Terrible. I drove from Buffalo N.Y. to visit some friends and when we pulled up the one girl said the place looked like a dump. She was right I have been to many Hooters in the U.S. and this one looked like it was from the fifty"s. Let me tell you the total experience. We walked in and waited a couple of minutes well the girls laughed with each other before one said is someone helping you? I wanted to say yes and we were just gonna stay in line? She sat us and Took our order very nice. Our appetizer was ready and the cook called out but our waitress was not paying attention so after awhile another girl brought our appetizer. I told her they had a leak behind us and she said I know it has been like that since I've been hired here. It was all over the floor. Maybe I should of slipped on it. Our food order was called and once again the waitress did not pay attention, another one called her and they both brought our wings. I looked at them and said these are not Hooters wings no breading looked terrible she said I don't know and walked away. I tried them and they were terrible at best. Along comes another girl I believe was the manager and she said how is your food? I looked at her and said it sucked look at these wings no breading look and taste terrible. She said I see that can I make you another order? I told her yes that was nice of her. She went back and yelled at the cook to put more breading on the wings. Thy came out full of grease terrible again. She did not return I then went in the restroom and when finished washed my hands only to have the faucet broke so when you went to shut it off it went right around back on. Haven't been here in over 10 years and I now see why. Positives: good service and the server was nice and attentive. Never had to ask for anything or wonder where she was at. Megan and Nala(I believe is her name) is who I had take care of my son(6) & I. They let my son and I keep a table occupied inside while also going out on the patio for him to roam freely around without disturbing other guests. Negatives: there is new flooring in the restaurant that makes your chair slide from the tables or if you have small children they slide even easier when sitting down, getting up or any type of movements. I noticed I slowly kept creeping away from the table. No grips on the bottoms of chairs for flooring to be so slippery. The food was okay, wings were small but flavor was good. We did order fries and they came out cold. Biggest issue I had was the bathrooms. They look like they hadn't been cleaned in weeks. There was hair on the back of the toilet, splatters of urine, blood & blood splatters on the front of one of the toilets & on the handles where to flush there were shoe markings from where people use their shoe to flush. I was completely taken back by this because being in the industry myself; bathrooms should be something that is well kept and maintained for cleanliness. I'm in different if I would come to this location or just hooters in general again as it had been 10+ years since...
