UPDATE- I submitted photos to Braums corporate, not to get anything, because i live 1400 miles away and only visit OKC every few years, but because it was so disgusting. I adjusted my review to 3 stars for this location because of how fast they responded. Within an hour I had a missed call from OKC area code. After a few more calls of phone tag, a district manager got through to me to get the full story so they could do some correction. The employees there were apparently taking a policy of not doing the end of day mopping until they closed to mean they couldn't do any mopping even for spills, which was instituted when the owners of Braums almost fell in a store that mopped early, at least according to the gentleman I talked to. That was Friday night I talked to him. I dont think I would want to be that stores manager this past weekend. I dont think this kind of issue will happen at this location again.
Original review: We visited last week while in OK from California. I am sending this to the company as well, because it was just so disgusting. This was sitting there when we ordered. Someone had thrown up right in the middle of the line area. They just put a slip sign next to it. We watched more than 1 person not paying attention step in it. Well, we ate our meal, assuming they put the sign there while they went back to get cleaning supplies. Unfortunately that was not the case. I asked the lady in the grocery section and she informed me that the manager of the location had instructed the employees that they werent allowed to mop the floor until closing, becuase "someone might slip and lead to a lawsuit". If that was what they said, I dont think the manager meant dont mop up vomit, but there it was for at LEAST 30-45 min, while employees joked with each other behind the counter. The lady I talked to did go and get permission and cleaned it up.Ive never seen anything like this before in a restaurant. Braums usually has better standards than this, but something is wrong at this specific location. The food was good and fresh though it does make me question if the are ignoring other health standards. I took the 2 pics to show that it was indeed inside that braums, from the...

There could have been a little cleaning going on, takes about 5/10 mins to clean up a lobber/ make sure guest have things that should be there already at the drink station..especially around open,or with in the hr..lol.. however they was to busy talking about what bother them and irritated them from the night crew & I guess life in general.. I work as manager in the food industry and I would not let any of our TEAM leave untill the whole TEAM was done,( which they wouldn't want to leave without the whole TEAM being done!!) I personally wouldn't have left the restaurant in that shape!! , by the time I got my food which WAS fast I'll give them that! 🤦♀️ I couldn't eat it tho, my pancakes was mush,my hash browns was borderline burt , and my sausage was cold.. I spent $7.03 and didn't eat anything, I was just ready to leave, the crew there clearly wasn't worried about how things went out!! Or about thier guess!! I have always loved braum's good memories!! This location I will not be visiting again,.. The lobby its self was dirty as well, JUST A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! not a good way to start off ur guest day , Hopefully this will help get some good team work going on!! Read moreBefore I get into this, I want to make one thing very clear: the staff and general manager at this location are amazing. I walked into the store with an issue (a known issue) and they rectified the situation without complaint or difficulty.
We came in today for chicken strips and malt shakes. We paid $10 per meal ($21 total). On leaving the drivethrough we discovered the three Braums Sauce containers on the left. NOT EVEN A QUARTER FULL. That amount of sauce (cumulativly) can cover 6 pieces of chicken. We have double that amount.
Upon entering the establishment again, the staff was very friendly and understanding of the issue. According to them, the DISTRICT MANAGER of this location dictated that the amount of sauce in the cups on the left are the exact amount of sauce to be given to customers. THAT IS ASININE.
The general manager, upon requesting "extra braums sauce" provided the three cups on the right. I want to be clear, EVERY OTHER BRAUMS LOCATION I HAVE EVER VISITED FROM OKC ALL THE WAY DOWN TO ARDMORE PROVIDE BRAUMS SAUCE CUPS THAT ARE AT MINIMUM FILLED 3/4 FULL.
Shame on this corporate, penny-pinching overlord for doing a disservice to your customers. It is TELLING that this man has never eaten the product he oversees the sale of.
TLDR: If you get chicken at this location and want a 'normal' amount of Braums Sauce, you much ask for extra, because of an ignorant, penny-pinching...
