Pho VN — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

Before I review the restaurant, I’m going to comment on something I witnessed: A person in need walked into their restaurant, and the person at front asked how he could help. The person in need asked if he could ask the people dining in for financial assistance, and the staff asked if they were hungry. The person said yes, and they gave them a meal on the house. I love supporting businesses that care about others, so I will keep coming back here FOR SURE.

Okay, now on to the food: I had the chicken pho and my husband had a chicken lo mein. It was so good I didn’t get pictures until we were already halfway done lol. The pho was tasty, and so was the lo mein! We also got the slushies and they were good as well. Definitely stop by if you’re looking for some good Vietnamese...

This is what I was looking for…basic pho with an amazing bone based broth that’s light yet tasty. I love fresh spring rolls (got the shrimp) and they were good but I prefer if there’s a little veg like carrot or cucumber in it as well (it’s probably in their veggie one lol). I also got a milk tea, yum. The staff were so friendly. Came on a Saturday at noon and m there were only two other tables occupied…bc they very are new…so make sure to try it before they get more crowded!

Ps…it’s my dream place bc they have sizes of pho!!! I would go places with a small size for kids but no beef! And the small works for me bc I always want spring rolls too but it’s usually too much food…not with a small size so...

You're missing out if you have not tried Pho VN. My wife and I stopped in thinking we'll have a quick bite but ended up staying longer than planned. Their broth for the Pho and bun bo hue tasted so pure like those broth that has been simmering those bones for hours. We also had their com tam and it instantly reminded me of Vietnam. It's relaxed, authentic and the kind of place where you can sit down and share a meal as well as have a real conversation.
