Taco Bell judging by the reviews why, why haven't you done anything about the store yet? This is the rudest, most unprofessional fast food restaurant I have ever walked through the doors of. Management is incompetent. Your employee must have shouted the F-word from the kitchen. I don't know at least 20 times yesterday, all the while the manager standing over to the side allowing her to act a fool. When I did ask the manager why she would just allow her to act that way she just stared at me to witch eyes and responded I can't just give me your name so I can call corporate cuz it's a parent you don't care how they act around here that's why they're acting this way. She replied and said her name was Shenandoah and I said and her name to which she responded she can tell you her name I asked you are the manager and you don't know her name I'm not giving you her name she can tell you her name. At which point this toothless wonder comes up to the front counter, wanting to argue and scream at me . Toots I've been responding you know you what you did was wrong you know how you was acting what's wrong cuz then she which responded with an F U and you don't know what you're talking about which I shouldn't but unfortunately because you screamed it from the back I know exactly what I'm talking about again all the while the manager standing over right beside her not saying a word watching and allowing her to act a fool. The cook had to come from the back and tell her. And I haven't even mentioned the argument started because she was too incompetent to put down the beef so the store was out of meat for 30 minutes these two women had no fear in their behavior the way they act and that's because they know nothing's going to happen to them they're going to be allowed to treat us however they want and act however they want. So stop giving them your money they don't care how you're treated they don't care how you're spoken to they have no self-respect so there's no way they're going to be able to show...

The drive thru person kept saying "what else" very aggressively at the speaker (just for her to ask me to stop talking because she just got to the computer and then ask me to repeat everything I previously said). When I was done ordering, she asked if everything on the screen was correct (while still making modifications to the screen). Before I even had a chanc to respond, she told me my total and told me to pull up. At the window, she didn't greet me at all. After about two minutes of her not being there at all, she comes up to the window, opens it, and continues to talk on the speaker to the person behind me. She then flips around to me and says "your total is like $32 something" and took my card.... While I was in the process of trying to tell her our total was actually $27.. She then slams open the window, throws my card at me, and shoves a bag of food out the window without saying anything. I had to remind her we had drinks and she rolled her eyes before slamming the window shut again. She made the drinks (spilling them all down the sides of the cups) and then hands them to me stacked on top of each other (with the drink still dripping down the side and all over her gloves). She then threw three straws at me and slammed the window shut again. She did not provide any napkins (knowing full well that she just pushed dripping wet cups in my hands and gave me eight food items). She also did not ask about sauce or anything else. As we were pulling out of the lot, she turned the lights to the store off (it was 11:30 pm and that store doesn't close until 3 am). Read moreMy food was great. Took over 10 minutes to get my food. Like 12 or 13...... a # 2 and a box meal. 5 minutes after I came in a family husband, wife, and 2 kids come in and order their food. I eat all my food. Had a phone conversation now I am done and they still haven't got their food i am trying right now. I have been here for almost an hour now. It is 8:02 I got here at 7:14 when I was walked in. They must have got here at 7:20 or so. Now its 8:03 and they still havent got there food. They had several drive thru orders pass through and at least 4 other to go orders and one other eat in order has been served before this family. Now its 8:05. The wife decided she wants her money back. So just for you to know why you lost a sale is because your employees keep pushing off their order and making everyone else's order. I tell ya... this lady has more class than me. Because if I waited this long for my kids to eat It wouldn't be pretty.
UPDATE* 03-09-2019 MUCH BETTER SERVICE. FAST FRIENDLY and even though they forgot my sour cream on my XXL (I know everything on an XXL Burrito j worked at taco bell before) they.didnt argue with me like others.... the lady asked if sour cream comes on it they said yes then told them they forgot it.
