Charleston's Restaurant — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

My friends and I were their this past Saturday and were having a great experience. The food was delicious, the service was above and beyond my expectations...our waitress was very friendly, even joked around with us and made us all feel VERY comfortable, which made for an even more enjoyable time. Suddenly, she vanished and another waitress came to our table and says to us that our original waitress was no longer there and she would be taking over our table. I found that very odd that she would just leave in the middle of her shift with full tables (especially since we had already received our ticket and were ready to pay). We had such an enjoyable time up until that moment and I really hated the fact that the gratuity I had planned to leave OUR waitress, that had provided us with such amazing service and made our time there so fun and relaxed, would now go to someone else that quite honestly did nothing for us other than take our payment for the meal. It all seemed very strange and took what had been a really wonderful time and turned it into something that left us feeling upset, incredibly uncomfortable and with a whole lot of questions. I have to say that I highly doubt I would ever return to this restaurant again after such a horrible ending to a meal. I honestly could not recommend this establishment to any of my friends or family either. I sensed a lot of tension there and hope someone can remedy that for the restaurant's sake... this is definitely not how you want your customers feeling when they leave. So...

The food was absolutely delicious. The salad was so good I didn’t want to stop eating it but had to save room for my amazing steak that was perfection on its own. I give 3 stars because as this was our first time going and our waiter did not have it together. Once he sat us and got our drink order, he came back a while later to tell us he just checked on our food and it’ll be out soon and then said “oh wait, I forgot to even take your food order” he proceeds to take our order. Food comes out and it was delicious! One of my accompanying guests asked for ranch not once, twice, or three times. But four times (no I am not exaggerating) and each time we were met with “I’m sorry I forgot.” It was time to go and he assumed one person was paying for both couples so we asked the ticket to be split and told him who was with who. There was only 4 of us. And he comes back not once, or twice, but three times because he could not grasp which two meals were together. In the midst of the three times he was back and forth he kept saying he would bring to go boxes and when we asked we were met with a chuckle of how he forgot. It took 20 minutes before we could leave just to get the bill paid. I know the serving industry isn’t for the weak and days can be hard. But I also feel lack of effort is to blame here as well. This is the first time I've come to this location and the first bad experience I've had at Charleston's ever. The waitress was rude and unprofessional and loud. I asked if they had strawberry lemonade she said yes then brought me a pink lemonade instead then told me that's how they ring it up and it was strawberry but it wasn't. I then heard her yelling and giggling fromt he bar about me ordering a strawberry lemonade and what all she told me to another waitress. They sent another waiter or manager to bring my food. I told him what happened about my drink and also noted that I didn't want her to get in trouble but deceiving customers is something she needs to correct as a waitress to sum it all up. He told me that they don't serve strawberry lemonade but the bar tender could make one in which they did. He was friendly by the way.While eating only 15minutes she brings my ticket. I asked if the bar tender could make me another strawberry lemonade to go and her response was I can see what she can do. She begins yelling from the bar again asking if the bar tender could make me another strawberry lemonade even though they are not suppose to do that.
