This restaurant has zero clean tables for the entire time I was here. I wiped down my own table with a Clorox wipe I brought. There was debris on almost all the condiment bottles and large amounts of food and trash on all tables and the floor. About 6 or more staff were working the line. One female appeared from the back chewing food and went into the serving area and was touching surfaces. She went back and washed her hands at a staff sink. But she went back to touching food and surfaces for a few minutes before putting on any gloves. The cooking area at the back had food on and around the kitchen table as debris of a previously chopped item, so these rings were not being moved away, and wiped down before starting on a separate item to prep or complete. The front line was cleaner, but staff went to refrigerators and opened multiple doors or boxes and did not put on fresh gloves. No staff had on air nets, and they all did have on hats but had very long hair. Only one male was working , and these females had a strong routine they adhered to. They were friendly, exacting and worked at their station task until customerswere satisfied. One patron was dining outside and it is under 40 degrees because there were no tables available that were clean and one table was completely broken. This restaurant is popular. And all ages eat here. Part of my burrito tortilla tasted like fish, but they do not sell fish and I had no idea what that meant. No manager seemed to be walking the floor or talking to dine in guests. This restaurant does a big take out business and does not have any drive thru. Many restaurants do not seem to be paying any real attention to the health and safety of dine in customers.and this restaurant was chilly. The food I got as a steak burrito was tasty and all ingredients were freshly prepared. I wish a life was available to help eat this, as I could not pick it up and bite it...
Read moreI spent 20 minutes on the phone with the robot gatekeeper kindly asking to simply connect me with a human so that I could add white queso to my order. The female robot interrogated me, demanded that I must give her a valid reason for my call. She insisted that I must place an order and giver her my credit card info and that none of her human counterparts working at this establishment were allowed communicate with me . As I pleaded with her that I simply wanted to add queso to an existing online order she got frustrated and hung up on me. After a return call with a different strategy of asking for the manager she finally complied… sort of. Through much chagrin, the humanoid robot routed me to some call center not located in Oklahoma, perhaps even, in a different country or planet for all I know. The man who answered seemed surprised that I even got this far within the Chipotle international telecommunications system (since I assume few common folk even know such chipotle call center exists). He swiftly assured me that I would be connected to the manager of my local restaurant after a short hold. After 20 more minutes of waiting, my stomach grumbled and my head grew weary… I was done… I simply gave up. My dreams of dunking that warm flour tortilla in delicious white queso vanished… the battle was over. While I ate my burrito bowl that night I simply stared at my pile of flour tortillas void of all flavor and wondered what could have been… as I lay in bed that night, I worried about the future. Is this the end of customer service as we know it?Are robots taking over the world?…. After this strange and frustrating encounter, I vow to only support restaurants on the condition that one of my fellow human beings of this earth answers the phone. Down with Robots! Read moreAtmosphere and cleanliness: 0 star - Very dirty store as soon as you walk in. There's food on the floor and table that employees never clean up. There are so many employees every time we go behind the counter and some were just standing and not doing anything. So, I don't know why they leave the store to be in that state. We usually get our order to go to avoid from eating at the tables with food and trash everywhere left behind by other customers.
Food: 1 star - we ordered bowls last week and rice was not fully cooked and still tasted like grains. The reason for 1 star is it was probably one of the many times with this uncooked rice experience. But my husband's order was literally not even half of the bowl. We didn't open up to check until we picked up our mobile order and got back home to realize how little of food they give out to him compare to my order. I wish I had taken picture of his bowl so that I could show it here.
Service: 0 star - no greetings from any of the employees every single time we pick up our food regardless of whether they have other customers or not and no employee cleans the place. Every single table at this location is filthy with trash from...
