Our experience with this location has been great until tonight. The manager by the name of Vicky was very rude unprofessional and a smart elic No customer service skills was displayed . I ordered my 2 kids a couple of kids burgers with add ons and let be clear when adding the add ons that I requested( lettuce tomato onion pickle ) it doesn't give you a place to click for any additional pricing. But there is a special instructions area e to add how you would like your burger prepared. I've never had a problem with these added veggies before. And had Vicky explained that they cost extra we would've happily paid for them . BUT instead of upsaling she made my husband feel as if he was trying to steal the veggies without paying for them. When she was informing my husband of the situation the employees behind her was chuckling as if she had caught a criminal. First off the order was on the counter not under a warmer as if she was armed and waiting for him to pick up . So my food was a display of laughter while waiting for piup. MY husband had no idea that i had added the extra items so when she was informing I'm that it was not paid for he had no idea what was going on. Totally unprofessional of Vicky to discuss items that was simply adding items to a burger that was no place to add them by irem other than writing it in the area for special instrictions . I went back and looked at the menu to see if maybe i didnt see the buttons or maybe it was in a different place that i missed but there isnt. Not even on any burger you order or any sandwich melt you order.there is no way to add the veggied with a price no where . Vicky made my husband feel as if he was a criminal instead of a paying customer. She had no leadership skills to be labeled the manager. She was very rude and treated us very poor and humiliated my husband. All over adding some veggies to a burger. In the months that i have been ordering the same order the same way i was never told that I was trying to steal food . We will not be back to this location nor will i recommend it. Thank you for the ones that took the time to read this bc we felt very offended at this so called manager vickys...
Read moreWhen my family invited me to Denny’s, I agreed without hesitation. I don’t eat often — just one meal a day — and so when I do, I expect it to be hearty, protein-laden, and satisfying. Eggs are one of the few breakfast staples I truly enjoy, but only if they’re prepared with care. Without salt cooked into them, they’re lifeless; sprinkle it on afterward, and it never penetrates. Season them right in the pan, however, and they become something worth savoring.
We arrived as a full party: my niece Cat and nephew Felix, my brother Nathan and his wife Nikki, and my parents, Donna and Andy Taylor. The host suggested two tables pushed together, a simple solution that worked perfectly for the size of our gathering. He wiped the surface down again for good measure, and I finished the job with my napkin, soaking up the last of the dampness until it was clean and dry.
Orders were taken one by one until it came around to me. I looked the server in the eye and asked the one question that mattered: if I ordered eggs, could he make sure salt was added during cooking, not after? He nodded earnestly, promised to tell the cook, and I accepted that. It was all I could ask.
When the plates finally arrived, he didn’t say a word about the eggs — but I could tell just by looking that they were right. Perfectly cooked, gently glistening. I cut into them, tasted, and immediately knew: they were salted inside, exactly as I’d hoped. Not only did they meet my standard, they surpassed it. These eggs were better than what I’ve managed at home — seasoned through and through, rich and tender, with none of the dull flatness that comes from an afterthought sprinkling.
It was a simple thing, but it turned the meal into something memorable. I left not only full, but impressed. Those eggs alone are reason enough for me...

I didn't want to cook dinner so I figured on the way home if I pick up some food at Denny's that will make everyone happy, and I can just relax. With this pandemic I've been stressed and just want to relax.
When I got to the location I parked where the email indicated to park at, then waited 5 minutes. No one came out, they all just stayed outside no gloves or mask on, eating. (I get they maybe where on break but there was still some other people inside.) So I decided to call the store... No answer... Tried again... No answer... I tired this 10 times, they all ignored my call and where giving out other peoples orders to their cars parked outside. I decided to take my car and park it in front of the store like some other cars where doing... I waited another 10 minutes with nothing.
I finally got fed up put my mask on and went inside to get my order, the people inside where nice and didn't give me too much of a problem. I was just appalled that there where no guide lines on distance, or wearing gloves or a mask. Again I work in healthcare for people who have weakend ammune systems and didnt want to be exposed too many germs at this time... But it was already 2am, I was tired, I was hungry, and I took the food with my bare hands anyway. The order was fine, nothing was wrong with it. Yet, I'm still...
