Jimmy's Egg — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

First off, I want to mention that Kori (a sever) provided stellar customer service. If she was my waitress every time, I’d go broke from leaving her a tip. The food at this location is fresh and is brought to the table pretty quick. I gave it four stars probably for a personal wish, I would love to have ham as an option on their ultimate pancake combo. But maybe not with an up charge? I’d be happy to go with “one meat” instead of two to avoid the up charge.

This restaurant is CLEAN! The prices are fair (but cheaper is always better). Everyone is cheerful and are experts in the knowledge of their menu. I arrived close to closing and the staff was happy to see me and I never felt rushed to “get out”. I will be visiting this...

We will never go back to this location. All the locations cook a different omelet, my wife and I had omelets, I had the vegetarian omelet and my wife had the senior omelet, mine had low ingredients they were very bland and very average size. The last time we ate here the omelets were fluffy and rolled to the length of the plate and made full, this time I was very disappointed of the downsize of the omelet and average flavor. I doubt most of the cooks at Jimmy's Egg these days have any culinary education or degrees, and are probably just cheap labor. Only one waitress. Ordered chicken and waffles. The chicken and eggs sat on the counter for a few minutes till a few minutes after some people who came after me was served and then they gave it to me saying that they were having problems with the wafflemaker and they'll try one more time. The chicken was over cooked and 5 minutes later the waffle came out. The food was barely warm. When she gave me the ticket I waited for a good 10 minutes for her to come back so I can pay. When I left the restaurant was half full and only one waitress. Feel sorry for her but this was horrible service. Not necessarily her fault but would never go back.
