I was prepared to give a higher ranking but here's the story: I came I to the store for lunch and picked up 2 Double Big Macs to go. The employee did NOT give me a receipt in my order as I requested. I paid cash. Which should t be a check against me and as I waited in a long line I had to grab my food and get back to work. I got to work and there were two REGULAR Big Macs in my bag. Tasty but not my order. I am not allowed my phone at work so it was around 8:30 pm when I was able to call and try to iron out the problem. I knew not having a receipt was going to be an issue but I DID ask the young lady for it and did not get it. I talked to a manager and politely explained that I would understand if she said no to my request to get my actual order ( After all I paid for it and was going to have to travel a half hour or so to pick it up round trip after their foul up ) I did say though , not that it would hurt a 3.6 rating , that I would give a bad review as I basically would be stolen from. I told her not to worry I would not lie in my review , say it had hairs or that she'd been rude or any such. I simply asked if she'd give me my actual , full order because they A) fouled up B) Didn't give me my requested receipt and C) I was going to be paying with time and gas to return to the store. I would happily have stayed in my warm apartment and simply wrote this review. She said come in and she would give me HALF my order. Which I thought was odd and like telling me that if she owed me $20 she'd gladly give me $10 IF I'd spend $5 to come get it. I didn't feel like cooking but so it seemed a better offer than nothing. It wasn't. I entered the store to a group of homeless people who weren't that bad but when I told the manager who I was she rudely glared at me and said I'd have to wait. I understood and kept apologizing even though I had no reason to because it wasTHEIR mistake and they were giving me HALF what I had paid for AND it cost me a second trip with wear and tear and gas consumption to get HALF. SO less than half of what I paid FULL price for. She continued to glare and get rude and except for a tiny young cashier everyone basically looked at me like I was a beggar asking for a handout instead of a hard working taxpayer being cheated out of more than half what he'd legitimately, legally paid for. The burger was not the best but maybe it would have tasted better had I not been cheated/stolen from TWICE. What should have been done was I should have gotten the TWO burgers I PAID for plus large fries and a large drink for DOUBLE my inconvenience. Even though I did eat the burger I should STILL get the meal I stared above ( 2 DBM , 1 LG Fry , 1 LG Drink ) For being screwed over TWUCE , being treated like crap and wasting 1/4 of a tank of gas because of THEIR mistake. Is there a corporate or franchisee or manager I can talk to besides the older , heavyset manager I talked to earlier who said she was working so , in a way , cheated/stole from me...

I ordered 2 of each of the pies. 2 strawberry & cream pie and 2 apple pie. Only received 1 of each pie. No big deal easley corrected.. you would think. When I brought the mistake to the cashier's attention she tried to ring up two teas. I again said no I need my other two pie. She then tried to ring up two blueberry muffin. I again said no I need my two pie. It came very apparent she could not understand the english language and she was guessing at what I was trying to say. (VERY UPSET AT THIS POINT) As I attempted to continue with my order (four employees are at the register at this point including the manager) the cashier begins to attempt to argue with me about how she placed 2 of each pie on her register in pour english mind you. I ordered a large iced caramel coffee with whipped cream. When it came out with no whipped cream I again tryd to have it corrected to no avail. I was looked at as if I was speaking chinese!!! I told them I was charged for the whipped cream and I want my whipped cream. I showed my recipe and it mines as well been written in laten. Still did not get my whipped cream. Very upset I asked how any of them was able to get a job in a american restaurant while not being able to read, write, or speak the american language!?! I now ask you the same question. How is this possible?? How can a non English speaking person get a job where english is required to perform your job. How? So I left your restaurant very disappointed and out ragged in the lack of service your staff provided and the obvious language barrier.
