I’ve gone to this location 2-3 times in the past month. the first time I came I had a mobile order and was disregarded when I told them I had a mobile order, then waited about 5 minutes before they started making it, ok cool, however in the app it had said it was made. I had let it slide because there was only one person working in the front.
The second time I came in I ordered there, the lady had asked what meet I wanted “ham and what?” Is what she had said and I was like I just want a meatball sub I had never mentioned wanting ham, so I thought that was it on the ham thing. Then later before she put it in the toaster I saw it and I was like excuse me what is that, she was like it’s ham, and I had replied I didn’t want ham on it. Then she proceeded to argue with me about me saying I wanted ham, so I was like no maam you said ham I just want a normal meatball sub, and she rolled her eyes at me. I let that visit slide as well because she was an older woman so many she just misheard me, but her rolling her eyes at me was incredibly rude.
But this most recent time I made me realize they do not deserve and excuses. I will no longer order from this location, I had a mobile order, that said it was completed, I come in and wait. The man acknowledged me. I sat for over 15 minutes, watching other people just walk in and order their food. Without a wait. The man wore an AirPod in his ear and I watched him repeatedly ask customers to repeat theirselves and constantly saying “huh”
I understand having bad days, however it’s your job to do this, so...
Read moreI arrived at Subway at around 11:00 a.m. on a Tuesday morning I ordered a footlong Italian herb and cheese with rotisserie style chicken the gal making my sandwich notice they were short on rotisserie chicken proceeded to go into the walk-in cooler grab a pack of what appeared to be frozen chicken and put it on my sandwich I asked her if putting it in the toaster oven for 20 seconds would properly heat the meat to temperature she told me it was not frozen I disagreed she then told me to leave the store and told me I was no longer welcome at the store I am concerned she will treat other people the same way I was just concerned that I would be eating frozen or improperly heated food and was told that the police would be called on me and I needed to leave she would not give me her name just identified herself as the manager she was a red-haired gal and was very unprofessional I have left multiple messages on Walker's voicemail whom I believe to be the owner of this location they have not responded I was greeted in the parking lot by the same woman taking pictures of the license plate of my vehicle which I believe is an invasion of my privacy I do not believe she should be in food service this was not handled correctly I simply asked if the meat was frozen due to the concern of being sick from improperly...
Read moreToday was not a good day for Subway service. The clerk made the sandwiches wrong and when questioned about it insisted it was correct. Firstly, the metal covering was shielding most of the meats from view, when the sandwiches were being made the meat was stacked in the center and the cheeses were strewn about haphazardly, the dressings were pooled on top making incredibly soggy and sloppy sandwiches. With what I had ordered, my cheeses were supposed to be White American and Provolone, but I got Provolone and Pepper Jack (I dont like Pepper Jack). My partner ordered Pepper Jack on his, but got White American instead. Many people would think "Oh its just a simply mishap, it happens", but no, we corrected the clerk and instead of remaking the sandwiches correctly as they were ordered, she insisted that it was correct, pointing to various parts of the toasted bread. This is not the type of service I am expecting if I am to pay $40+ for 3 sandwiches. I am very disappointed in the lack of professionalism and the customer service which was...
