This family run gem is new, and my family loves it. My husband may be finding his way there almost daily. My daughter and especially recommend the ground beef pastel for those unfamiliar with the selection of Brazilian foods. It's a lot like an empanada, and it's our favorite. We also order extra French bread to take home and eat for the following couple days (make sure its kept in plastic bags or zip lock so it doesn't get too hard to fast). Tucked around a corner and a little hard to find, but well worth the adventure! The smells are incredible and you can tell everything is homemade and made well. Service was so friendly too. We enjoyed every bite. My favorite was the baked shredded chicken sandwich with tomatoes and some kind of cream cheese that was just perfect. Also the coconut cake was creamy and dreamy. Greeted by the owner, I was given a personal tour of all the pastries in the display case as well as explanation of the daily lunch special with an emphasis in the Saturday and Sunday Barbeque.
