Good food, clean dining area and excellent service. We dined in and then got take-out 2 days later. The Kung Pao Chicken is the best I've had in years. Fresh and flavorful with just right amount of spice. Chicken Teriyaki is flavored well and very tender. Chicken Fingers are great, with a crunchy-yet-tender outside, fresh tender chicken inside, and not overly greasy. The Fried Dumplings are excellent, as is the ginger-soy sauce that comes with them. The egg rolls are okay. Nothing to write home about. The fried rice was fluffy and fresh, but had a bit of an odd flavor to it. We didn't end up finishing the rice, but that was the only negative part of our experience. Pricing is on par with what we usually pay in Central Massachusetts. Disappointed with Customer Service I decided to give a local restaurant a try, but was left brutally disappointed. After placing an order, I realized the food I received wasn’t what I expected. I called to clarify whether this was how the dish is usually prepared, only to be told, "That’s how it’s shown on our website."

When I asked if I could exchange it for something else—especially since I had already paid for both the meal and delivery I was told that if I wanted something different, I would have to come and pick it up myself.

I very rarely give 5 stars. A place has to be truly exceptional above others for that, & this place is. In 20 years I have not had veef terriyaki so good. It melts in your mouth. No muscley toughness, no overcooked dryness, just amazing. Everything was great but the terriyaki was just unbelievable. The woman who sat/served us was so incredibly nice, taking the time to explain what certain items were that most people may not be familiar with. Very relaxed, quiet, atmosphere.
