Wendy's — Restaurant in Olive Branch

Horrible! They got my order wrong. Then, when I pulled to the order window. The window girl was cool but the manager gone look at me crazy for asking for a 50 piece spicy chicken nugget and say, "we don't sell a 50 piece. We sell only a 20 piece." I said, "yall don't sell that here. Where I live(in Memphis) they sell the 50 piece all the time?" She said, "no,we sell only a 20 piece." I said, "how much is it?" She said,"$9.20." I said, "naw, im good. I'll just get the 6 piece." The manager gone roll her eyes and go to the back. Like, why get mad because I didn't want the 20 piece? I'm not finna pay no $9.20 for a 20 piece when I can just go to the Wendy's by my house and get a 50 piece for $15. That's more for less. I'm not dumb! I know my math. Yall not finna rip me off! Then, on top of that when I drove to the window to get my order. That lowdown lady just threw me my food! She didn't greet me or anything! What type of trifling service is that? With the cherry on top, when I received the food. The food was cold and tasted old! The only thing that was warm and tasty were the fries! Like, what the heck? It was 12:30 pm when I went to the olive branch Wendy's. There's no way the food should be tasting old and cold this early! They just started serving lunch an hour before. So, I can't fathom how could it be cold and old so early? I know why? Because Everyone that work here is lazy. They probably warmed up the food that was cooked last night. Lazy folks!! I thought olive branch would good because it's a surburb. Not! I'll just stick to going to the one in southeast Memphis. At least, in southeast Memphis they might have a bad attitude at times, but at least they food is fresh and hot everytime! The only reason why I went to this one was because it was in the area that I was already in. But, I'll never go to this one ever again! Not even if...

Today was the most angry I have been in a long time. Drive thru order taker was condescending and rude . Think it’s the same one at window and if not she was rude and shut the window mid sentence as we asked questions about the taco salad - it has changed apparently and we didn’t know . She literally rolled her eyes as she shut it mouthing to her co workers . Taco salad used to be my fav but they never give all the ingredients so we asked this time. To my surprise the “ tortilla strips “ were ridiculous and out of date , the chili scorched ( smells burnt ) and the salsa is no more . I will never order this again and not be returning to this location. Pitiful to say the least

Came back because my son begged me — he is 11 and saw the problem pointed out above - I tried the new mushroom burger and it literally amhas 1 slice of mushroom. The cashier and girl who cave drinks turned their noses up at me -and the only girl that was nice was the girl who gave me outr food , had to ask her for the drink tray bc the otter girl just handed me the drinks and put the tray back - see 0 improvement and my son saw why I have been boycotting...

I order a number 1 breakfast and all I received was an bread, bacon, plenty of honey. I had drove all the way to work and had to turn all the way back around to go get my food. As I walked in they had just mopped. They did have a wet floor sign down, but time i stepped my foot down i almost fell really bad. The manager told me it’s because of my shoes. I recommend that when they mopped they need to lock there door’s because it shouldn’t be because of my shoe. What if I didn’t stop myself from falling or was and elderly who couldn’t stop herself. It would have been a very bad situation. I was very upset about that. But they fixed my food for me and was very apologetic about my food being fixed incorrectly. But the manager was not so concerned about the floor and me almost falling. She was more concerned about telling me that it’s my shoes which I had on so tennis shoes, and that she had a wet floor down. The type of floor they have when they mop, shouldn’t have anything to do with the type of shoes you wear inside they establishments.
