Fiesta To-go — Restaurant in Olympia

Just saw this place pop up on Google Maps and decided to give it a try. Wow! Ordered a birria plate and a few crispy shredded beef tacos to share with my wife. The birria was incredibly flavorful, and the shredded beef tacos were so juicy they were dripping down our chins. Both the beans and Mexican rice especially had good flavor. Portions were generous for the price. Forgot to try the aguas frescas this time. They also have cooler case with bebidas and desserts.

As the other reviews mentioned, service was quick and incredibly friendly. Very clean and bright space. FYI, "To-go" is in the name for a reason, there are only a few barstools along the counter to sit at, so don't expect to find any tables here.

We can't wait to go back and try some more dishes like chile verde, and sopes!

Wanted to love this place. Charged $19.66 for 2 Horchactas (rice drink). She tried to justify this by saying they are huge. They are the same size as all Horchactas I've had just 3x the price. Had one refunded immediately (before any food/drink was given). Asked for a cup so my kiddo and I could share. She wanted to charge $2.00 for a basic plastic cup. This after an 18% tip was given even. That's just crazy. Food was ok. Definitely overpriced. Charged $6.21 for chips and salsa and $5.07 for a tiny cup of guac for instance. Strange prices even. After reading the reviews I tried this place tonight. I ordered the fresh chips and salsa, steak chimicanga, chili rellenos and Britta meat plate. All of these dishes are AMAZING and so delicious!!
