Buckle — Local services in Olympia

Was super bummed from the last few times ive been in there. I normally let it go because people have bad days...but its now beconing consistently poor. I brought my teenagers in to get pants. Nobody acknowledged us. We got a changing room by asking a customer if we could snag theirs when they were done. Constantly on their phobes. I get weekebds are busy but if you have tine to okay on your phone then you have time to help your customers. Starting to feel like i need to take my business elsewhere. Which is unfirtunate. We have 9 kids ranging from 2-17 and the ones that are big enough all get their school clothes from here.. if i could rate it a 0 i would. This place use to be the best. All i can say is wow. Been comibg here to get my jeans since i was a teenager.. ive now came in twice in the last week trying to find pants. What a disappointment. The first time this week i wasnt acknowledged the entire time we were there. The second time i wasnt ackowledged untill after i asked for a dressing room 30 minutes after walking in the store. Staff switch over is hit or miss, this store used to have friendly helpful staff now they just stand in the corner staring at you like you’re invading their space. Retail isn’t ideal for a career choice I get it but read the room and know where you work I guess? At least say welcome in
