Buffalo Wild Wings 'GO' — Restaurant in Olympia

This is regarding BWW at 1614 Black Lake Blvd SW, Olympia, WA. I have been going to BWW in Olympia for a few years now. I like the atmosphere, and the staff is generally nice. However, I had a different experience last night. I was there to watch a basketball game. The place was not crowded, and there weren't any other major sporting events on TV at that time. I was sitting at the bar, enjoying the game with the sound on. However, during the halftime show, the sound was turned off, and some music came on. At first, I thought it was a technical issue with the TV station. When I asked what happened, a staff member that I had no interaction with prior to this moment informed me that she had turned off the sound, and she would turn it back on after the halftime show. I told her I was watching the halftime show. She ignored me and walked away So, I became upset, because there was absolutely no justification for turning off the sound or for her ignoring me even after I informed her that I was watching the halftime show. I could not understand why she turned off the sound and refused to turn it back on. A supervisor saw what was happening, and she intervened and told me she would turn the sound back on. She did. I continued to watch the game. Then, the staff member walked towards me, stopped right in front me and asked me, "You got a problem?" in an angry, antagonizing tone. I told her, "You're a young lady. I don't have time for you." She then proceeded to tell me that I needed to pay my tab and leave. Of course, I didn't leave until the game was over. However, I was upset the rest of the time, trying to figure out how or why the staff member wanted to escalate a non-issue to something that could have been a lot more serious if I had responded to her in the same tone when she asked me if I had a problem. Placed online order at 7:30pm, Order was to be ready at 7:40pm ( when I arrived). My order wasn't ready so I took a seat, as I am waiting a guy gets his order and leaves, to return minutes later informing the employee that his food is cold. The employee apologizes and tells the guy that he will remake his order, and that it will be approximately 10 minutes ( good for that guy, read Chad Trippi's review on this site, it was him) 10 minutes later that guy has his hot food and is on his way, 7:55 pm and mine still isnt ready nor is the orders for the two other customers who were there before me.. After 8pm, and still waiting as are 2 other customers afore mentioned, who appear to be losing their patience. This place needs to have more staff on shift. Finally got my order at 8:10 after waiting 30 minutes in the restaurant, as the two other customers who were there before me still waited. Why order ahead? 7 minute drive home and my boneless wings are cold and dry as though they had been sitting for a half an hour and my bone in wings are warm but drowning and slathered with excessive cold wing sauce. Worst experience ever.

I like BWW but will NEVER return here, will go to the full restaurant on Black Lake Blvd instead.

Ordered online at the Olympia location. Nothing on their website stated their system was down for an hour or so the cashier stated 4/4/25. I ordered before closing at 11pm and was told my order would be ready for pick up at 11:20pm. Again no notice on the door as well . My order wasn’t made and we were told they couldn’t make it… They definitely lack customer service we won’t be back again!! Worst experience ever. We had to re purchase the order for us to get our money back ?No, Weird system . I Called the store the next day to be told we won’t get a refund right away from the manager at that location. And that she would have to bring it up to her manager above her . & then he has to approve it in order for me to get my refund of food I never received. Such a run around definitely...
