Ilk Lodge is not just known for its exceptional craft beers but also for its mouthwatering smash burgers and a small, curated menu that hits all the right spots.

Let's start with the burgers—juicy, crispy patties, topped with melty cheese and just the right amount of tangy pickles and special sauce. The buns are soft yet sturdy, holding everything together without falling apart. It’s a no-frills, all-flavor kind of deal, and it’s exactly what you want with a cold brew in hand.

But the real star of the show is the PB&J Bacon Grilled Sandwich. Imagine this: eight thick, crispy strips of bacon layered between slices of perfectly toasted bread, with a generous smear of smooth, sweet blackberry jelly that cuts through the saltiness. As if that wasn’t enough, the whole thing is drizzled with molten peanut butter, adding a warm, nutty richness that brings it all together.

Onion rings were good. Fries were fairly decent though stake fries or curly fries might be a better pairing.

As you take your first bite, let me tell you, it’s the bacon that steals the show. Every bite is an explosion of flavor, but the bacon’s crispiness and savory goodness are what linger on your palate, making you crave the next bite even more. The peanut butter just slides off the bacon as soon as it hits your mouth. The jelly was not too strong and felt like it was mostly absorbed by the bread.

The “Fresh Beer” was a fantastic pairing with the bacon PB and J. It completely changed the flavor profile.

Ilk lodge might have a limited menu, but what they do, they do incredibly well. If you're in the mood for an unforgettable bite paired with a great brew, this is the spot to hit up. Don’t miss out on that PB&J Bacon Grilled Sandwich—it’s a...

I've been following these guys since they were doing the Carbon Pop pop up Burger Stand. I was so bummed to hear that they were going to shut down the pop up. But then I was super excited to hear that they were going to start brewing beer and then when the brewery opened and I saw the burger stand was installed inside I was super excited again.

And it was worth it. The burgers are excellent, the beers are great, and the atmosphere is super chill. It's kid friendly with a separate entrance for under 21 years old the food is priced correctly and they have a great variety of drinks on tap. Locals and ciders too. Free wifi so I'm working as the kids play foosball. Super chill in an opening week afternoon, I hope this place does great cause we need it around here.

They have foosball, water on tap and a chalkboard for the kids too. Super happy to have something in this great building, and hope to hear them blow the whistle soon! Woohoo!

Also the patio is dog friendly. So ready for this place...

Came to join a friend for happy hour and was pleasantly surprised with the wide variety of beer choices on tap and don’t discount the homemade (headless Mumby) root beer that is already in tap. We finished our meeting and my friend had to leave, but I choose you stay and have dinner. So glad i did. Full disclosure, I’m a vegetarian and have never tried a beyond burger! Well if you’re ever going to jump in, this is the place to do it. I had the onion burger and each bite was (keeping this kids friendly) amazing!! The bun is like a cloud, plenty of pickles and cartelized onions and probably American cheese ( which i never do) and snacking sauce all packaged up in a super delicious, addictive little package that will keep me coming back!

Had the side ceasar and loved that the croutons were homemade, beautifully twisted but not teeth crabkers! They were little puffs of crunch that were absolutely perfect!

Wow! Wasn’t expecting that!

Oh, and the...

First time visiting this place but had tried their beers at various establishments. Really liked it! We tried a flight of beers we had not tried before and also ordered their smash burger and onion rings. All were excellent! Onion rings were cooked perfectly, crisp, not burnt, and the onion didn’t fall out on the first bite. The burger was delicious and whatever crack sauce they use is delicious. Enjoyed all their beer offerings, they had a good mix. My favorite yesterday was a tie between the Pretty Boy Shumway (refreshing brew with ginger) and the Minor Falls, Major Lifts brew. Great outdoor patio downtown and ample indoor space. Friendly service, good food, great atmosphere, delicious beers, can’t go wrong!
