The last few times we've come here the food has dropped in quality. The service has been bad or rushed and the portions have either been small or badly portioned. When getting their broccoli beef my boyfriend is lucky to get 9 pieces of some sized beef to about 20 pieces of broccoli. This was for a double order of broccoli beef. The last time we were in they were out of steamed white rice. I understand that it is a popular item, but the fact that they weren't making more and had entirely run out of one of their most popular sides was baffling to us. Additionally, the cashier let another customer jump into line in front of us without even checking to see if it was okay with us. If she had we most likely would have been fine with it, but the fact that we were denied the courtesy of even an acknowledgement that we were forced to wait despite our order already being completed was very frustrating. Maybe it's because it's summer and they are started with young inexperienced staff who are there for a quick summer paycheck and lack basic customer service skills. The gal was more concerned about her male associate than the costumers. He was friendly and got my dish started but when it passed to her, she didn't smile, just seemed ready for me to pick an entree. When I did she was quick to get a lid on it and rushed it to the register for a quick check out. Didn't ask if there was anything else I wanted, which if she did, I would have gotten a side of spring rolls and a bottle of water. Their loss on sales. I placed an online order for pickup around 6pm. When I went to pick it up, I was greeted rudely by Zinnia (seems like she's always in a bad mood and there's another review on here that mentions her poor attitude). I gave her my name for my pickup order and she turned around to grab my food and turned back, proceeded to slam it on the edge/counter while giving it to me.
