Returned recently with my best friend as he was visiting and it remains a firm 5 star. His favorite was the jalapeno pineapple which he raved about (and bought a 6 pack cause he couldn't get enough). It's got a touch of heat with a nice pineapple floral note on the nose. Previous review.... We did the brewery tour. Also tried a few of their food items. The loaded pretzels are very good along with the beer and cheese soup. If I had to pick between the 2, I'd go pretzel. Presentation wise, the beer and cheese soup was not so great. We had Ben as our tour guide. He was very informative and added in quips of knowledge... Like the names of the vats. It's a small place so the tour doesn't take very long, but if you have questions they are very happy to answer them. They also have root beer on tap for the non drinkers, which is their own draft. Do try the hefeweizen. The epic one they only make once a year so if it's available you might want that one as well. The price on that is higher.

Brickway Brewery & Distillery has become a cherished destination for my fiancée and me here in Omaha. The craftsmanship evident in their brews, particularly the velvety smooth Coffee Vanilla Stout, is truly impressive. It's a testament to the dedication and artistry of their brewing process. What truly distinguishes Brickway, however, is the warmth and expertise of their staff. Their welcoming demeanor and willingness to share their knowledge about the brewing and distilling process create a truly engaging experience. The spacious outdoor patio provides an ideal setting for enjoying a leisurely afternoon or a vibrant summer evening. And for those seeking a culinary complement to their beverages, the menu offers satisfying options like pizza and pretzel bites. Whether you're a connoisseur of craft beverages or simply seeking a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere, I wholeheartedly recommend a visit to Brickway Brewery & Distillery. You won't be disappointed.

I loved my visit to Brickway. I had the Sherry Cask, Singlemalt, Rye, and Double Bourbon. I also tried the brandy and the root beer schnapps. I loved the whiskeys! I make it a point to try and sample as many different whiskeys as possible. I have never had a rye and a single malt taste like that before! Extraordinary! The staff were cool too! They chatted us up since we were from Wyoming and gave us tips for all the things to check out in the Old Market area. I had to get a few bottles to take back home for some friends. I really appreciated the 100ml bottles and the Trophy Case. Must see for tourists if you are into Spirits and beer!

I LOVE breweries and been to all of them in the area. This is the only one I've been disappointed by. It started with a phone call after I moved to Omaha from Lincoln and asked for keg prices for my kegerator. The prices were nearly double what most others were and by far the most expensive. I felt this was odd, but not a big deal. A bit later on I stopped in one evening with a friend. The tap house wasn't too busy (a group of four outside, two couples at the bar). My friend and I sat at the closest table to the bar. No service for over 5 minutes. I walked up to the end of the bar and one of the two bartenders looked at me, I hollered that I wanted a couple beers, and he signaled to just say them. So I had to tell my order across the bar which was odd. He then brought them to the end of the bar for us, but didn't bring them over to the table about three steps further, so I had to stand up again. I paid. Overall the beer I tasted was one of the worst I had had ever. This wouldn't have caused a bar review of the brewry, however, as it was a "special" beer. I fully appreciate any time a brewery is willing to take a risk, and that they did. This was a sour (which is my favorite type of beer. I have many on tap at my home and my go-to when out), but it was also the first sour I've even struggled to finish. I left a review stating my issues with the brew on Untapped (my 192nd unique beer I have reviewed on the app), and left it one of the lowest reviews I've left (definitely the lowest for a local brew). The company then left a snarky comment about how this must be my first Sour. But in reality, it was probably by 60th Sour. This beer was simply not good and I left the review for constructive criticism. I didn't need a snarky comment from the company assuming I had no idea what I was talking about. If they looked, they would've seen I know my sours, inclusing great reviews I have left of their own beers in the past (including other sours they have on tap!). Overall a incredibly disappointing series of events and I would love to see them grow from...

Went here after a wedding rehearsal dinner and was floored by the lack of respect and organization the staff displayed. Prior to bringing in 30-50 people, the groom and bride previously mentioned to a server a week or so beforehand when they were there meeting with their DJ that they would be bringing in the rehearsal dinner party for drinks afterwards and gave their server the date we would be in. Their server assured them it would be fine.

Unfortunately, it was anything but fine. The server told us we all had to be on the same check? How would 30-50 people be able to realistically be on a same check? Also, I have never heard of a bar making people do this and why did they not mention this to the bride/groom beforehand when they told them we would be coming in the week before. The being on one check is something we can get past, but the disrespect from the service is something I cannot. The man who was behind the bar pointed and screamed at me that "I HAVE A SERVER" right when I walked in. He told my friend "go back to your seat like you were told". We were treated horribly. I understand that times are tough right now and servers are lacking, so I do have empathy for that. However, treating us like garbage is something I will not tolerate. We did have some choice words with the servers and ended up taking our party to another bar and they were more than accommodating, it was a great experience once leaving your establishment.

I will not be coming back but I do hope you talk to the staff about how to handle large groups coming in, as well as the bartender who treated us horribly. I scrolled through previous reviews and it looks like others have had problems with the unfriendly service as well. It's a shame because this establishment is a fun vibe and has...

The environment was interesting, and from what I tasted of the flight was excellent- the hefeweizen was one of the better ones I’ve had in a while!

The only issue I had was with the service. When we arrived we were met by a server who seemed great and answered any questions we had and took our order without issue. After that, we never spoke to her again. After a half hour, she never came back to our table, and instead was sitting at the bar with a couple other patrons. We never got our food, and we weren’t able to place the rest of our order, which was going to be a spirit flight which was the main reason we came. At this point, people were walking into the door and had to clean their own tables of the previous patrons drinks and take them to the bar in order to sit. We waited about 25 minutes before I went to the bar to see if I could just place an order up there. The bartender saw the menu in my hand, told me that they would come to us, and walked past the bar to another table. We waited another 15 minutes without seeing anyone before trying to pay at the bar so we could go somewhere else to spend...
