Amazing Imaginarium — Local services in Omaha

I am giving a 1-Star in hopes the owner reads this and really takes it to heart and may even make some changes. I was in this store a few weeks ago and while it is a great store and a lot of gems the pricing is mind blowing on so much stuff and really needs to be updated badly. I assume by the price tags the month and year the item is priced is displayed on your tag. However these prices are never updated or gone through and if they were you would probably sale a lot more and move product a lot more as well. Some glaring examples GI Joe Classified figures that barely break 25 shipped on ebay go for almost $50 at your store... I saw a Bo-Katan black series figure you must have 8/10 with a $75 price tag?????? that barely breaks $25 on ebay or Amazon... So many other figures that one simple click of a phone and they are going for triple what they sale for on ebay shipped. I feel like these prices are getting a buy it now sale on ebay for 3xs the going price plus shipping. I love to support small business I do I love that your store has a lot to offer it does, the people are nice, it's well organized and I get your in the old market and rent is high.... However go through and have periodic clean up on pricing, have sales more then black Friday, run specials or something in the omaha area we don't have a lot of 2nd market options for local action figure and pop culture items and all I'm saying is go through and do some price Tag clean up because there is a lot that does not come close to the asking price on so much where if you all stayed on top of it more, more people would frequet and shop and probably buy a whole lot more then they do now...... When people see the prices they do locals will stay away and word spreads fast through small collecting community we are in the omaha area. At the end of the day strongly consider what I stated as a hey maybe if we went through section by section some of these current prices are high and need to be dropped to make some more sales..... thats all I'm trying to...

The owner and proprietor of the business James only seems rude or unprofessional to people that have an inexperience to private family owned and ran business.

If you come in to a personal business with a self gratifying attitude that you know better then everyone else and are all high and mighty prepare to get met with a force much larger then yours. Swap tags or try to talk people down because you can get the item off ebay or the toy store then go elsewhere.

Have a good attitude and stop being sarcastic to people you will get a better deal almost every time with a good attitude.

Old Market Omaha is a melting pot of people,culture,ethnics,races,visitors,tourists. Everyone is throwing out powerful vibes of personality and creativity and trying to find themselves or inspiration here.

Really enjoyed the overall store and found a couple old figures that I'd been looking for which was great, but extremely disappointed in the amount of bootleg and AI goods in the store. My brother and I got 3 of the blind boxes for $20 each, and they were awful. The "Totoro" one had 3 items, only 2 of which were Totoro related, the third item was from Spirited Away, box probably should have been labeled Studio Ghibli instead. All 3 items were bootlegs. My brother got a Warhammer 40k box, which was insulting. It had 3 items, 2 of which were AI garbage, a small metal display plate where the image quality was like a stretched poor quality AI jpeg, and not even a full sheet of poor quality AI art stickers. The third item was a small bootleg necklace. The Star Wars box was ok, and looked like it contained a few licensed Star Wars goods that they couldn't sell, which made sense and was what we expected. I'd give them another chance if they got rid of the AI stuff for sure. Really insulted at them hiding AI art and bootlegs in a box and labeling it as...
