Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Omaha

I never write reviews, let alone bad ones, but I had such a terrible experience here I think it's worth a first effort... So I ordered two pizzas from this Domino's, a little picky with the toppings/selection but the special I was looking for was not available on the weekend. Overall, great service, got my pizzas within 15 min as promised; huge smiles all around. Apparently... I did not tip very well, because when I got home and started into one of the pizzas, something tasted weird and definitely off... it was so bad that I took the pizza out of the darkened living room and into my well-lit kitchen, just to see what I had ordered. And then there were these weird, lumpy, completely unnatural ridges covering half of the crust (including where I had eaten!), almost... like someone had put their toes into the dough (or something like that) before it hit the oven. Either way, yuck!!! That was definitely not the quality of pizza I would expect from a Domino's (or any other fast food chain for that matter). It was so disgusting I wish that I could have vomited the slice I had already eaten. Needless to say, I promptly threw both pizzas (over $15 worth) away, and this store has lost my business for good. You have been warned... make sure you tip well at this store or they will play with your...

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!🤬🤬 So my day was pretty lovely and I was CRAVING some thin crust pepperoni pizza so I went to order online. Mind you, I have ordered this pizzza many times and it has been fantastic. So, I ordered like usual and placed it and went on the tracker because it has always been accurate. I checked up on the tracker and after 50 minutes(I AM NOT KIDDING) it was still in the prep stage. Then, it switched to the bake stage and was in it for only 4 MINUTES! WHAT KIND OF OVENS DO U HAVE THAT BAKE PIZZA IN 4 MINUTES!! Then it finally switched to quality check which was passed in like 1 minute which means they didn’t even check if the quality was good. It was then driven to me and my driver was late by ONE MINUTE WHY WOULD THEY LIE TO ME. Then he hands me 2 pizzas????? I only ordered one. I took the 2 and went inside and opened them both up. One was my order and the other with THICK CRUST EW. And then when I went to look at my thin crust the edges were BURNT! How could it have burnt in 4 MINUTES. And as i eat my pizza it is EXTREMELY DRY. And now i have an extra pizza like what am i supposed to do with that. Anyways as you should know now i gave NO TIP. NEVER ORDER...

If zero stars was an option, that would be a definite. My friend and I wanted to order a SIMPLE large cheese pizza. I ordered it online for takeout around 9:50 and I was told that it was fired and ready to pick up at 10:09 PM. My friend and I drove 20 mins to the location with my dog in the back seat. I only brought my dog because I expected to walk in with my pizza waiting for me, pay for my pizza and walk right out. This was not the case, however, when we arrived around 10:20 PM. My friend and I waited 30 minutes in the store after being told that the workers "lost our pizza." I politely approached the girl at the front counter and told her that my dog was waiting in the car and we needed to leave. She replied with, "Bring your dog inside." 1.) That is a health code violation. 2.) My dog is not a service dog, so it would be unlawful for me to bring her into the store. After waiting 5 more minutes, the pizza was finally ready and I walked out without being offered a full reimbursement or coupon/free pizza, etc. Needless to say, we will never again be requesting the services of...
