Gandolfo’s New York Deli — Restaurant in Omaha

Very poor first impression. I just had a "Traffic Jam" hot dog from Gandolfo's New York Deli on Farnam St Down Town. The description from their menu says 1/4 lb all beef "Nathan's Famous" Hot Dog with bacon, cream cheese, sauteed onions, spicy mustard, ketchup, on a hero roll. They completely left off the cream cheese and there were very little sauteed onions but at least there were some. The spicy mustard and ketchup were incredibly light as well, in my opinion. I was so disappointed in Gandolfo‘s service and their food! I have never been treated with so much disrespect, and I’m from the New York area! The food was disgusting. They call themselves an Italian style New York style deli, but they didn’t have anything that I wanted. You go to a New York deli, especially in Italian deli, and everything I asked for would be there. This place is a joke! The worker I spoke to over. The phone was obnoxious and rude. This was hands down, the best sub I have EVER had! Not only was the sub amazing, the service was top notch, the staff was attentive and happy, food came out and they brought it to us too! I am from out of town, so I cannot eat here everyday or I would! I wish they had this deli back where I live. Keep doing what you're doing, I am amazing!
