So, I went to this Raising Canes for early dinner for my grandbabies. We were in between sport practices after school and on a pretty tight schedule. I ordered 2 kids meals and 3 adult meals. They had me pull over into a waiting parking spot. I express my concern with doing this as I have had a ton of issues with getting forgotten when I do this. Again, the time constraint I was on. I was assured they would be quick and I would not be forgotten. Okay.....perfect. I pulled over and the wait was not long at all. I drove back to school and when I started handing out the meals I noticed one of the kids meals bags was empty of food. It had the toy and the fry sauce. Ugh!! So frustrating. Again, time constraint. So I called the store and talked to the Manager Andrew I believe. He was not accommodating at all and even told me that he would have just refunded my money if I would not agree to pull over and wait for my food. I told him about my concerns with pulling over but that I did pull over and wait. He said 'I was just answering the question. What question? There was no question asked about this. He was arrogant and interrupted several times. He asked ..so what do u want? A coupon for a kids meal? No...I wanted my grandbabies to get to eat before they went to their next practice. What a clown he was!! No apology, no concern, no solution. Just a jerk. I mean it was My Time, My Money, and my expectations to receive what I paid for after all. There was no time to go back and get the forgotten food but I promise you this.....I will never forget Andrew or the way he spoke down to me. I will never go back to this Raising Canes and I will pass the word about this place to everyone I know. Customer service is still important and he needs educated and trained on how to handle these kinds of issues and complaints. Very disappointed. I doubt I will ever receive compensation for this but I will keep my...
Read moreWent in at 11:38, the girl behind front counter and manger both had bad attitudes, nothing new.
She asked if i wanted dine in or take out rolling her eyes, no lie 🤦 Like she aint getting paid or hates her job 🤷 hit McDonald's up for an app, was then told i could only have my food in a to go box either way cause their closing but i can eat out the box there, really? Lol, weird no other raising canes ever done that and ive been in 10 mins before close as i get off late and like to sit down for my meal, it aint like they walk out at midnight lmao, drive thru still open for hours, only the place that needs police in the lobby like its a club pushes you away and is unfriendly, why ask if its to go or not if i have no option?..i dont want a box or it to go, i want that hot plate of love, is the lobby open or not???
I left without ordering and am just done, i ALWAYS have problems here and dunno why i went, definitely not the one love standard at all, they always put me in a bad mood, they dont want you there and make it clear, hands down worst location, 100%, for sure!!!
I will still pick up delivery when i have to, but ill do my best to avoid em and will never spend another dime of my money at this location, i promise you that, ive never seen a restaurant kick you out of the lobby at close or a canes make you feel unwelcome, no more bad vibes, i have an air fryer, its a quarter of the cost and healthier, ill keep my money...
Read moreIt pains me to write this review. For a long time I enjoyed Chick-fil-A in the former cities that I lived in that didn’t have a Canes. Chick-fil-A was the best in efficiency and customer support—all of there locations were consistent in providing incredible service.
However, when there’s a Canes available, Canes always takes the number 1 spot, ahead of Chick-fil-A. Canes has been the top fast food restaurant chain for me for a very long time and I never worry about having a bad experience. Therefore today, at this location, it really shocked me. I waited like 20 minutes to order and they took my order in-person outside. This approach works well for Chick-fil-A because they communicate well and have 2 lanes, Canes only has one lane.
“Experimenting” has caused Canes to significantly offer bad service, long wait times, and even their crew leads and managers don’t care about listening to their customers and they try to end the conversation immediately. Even managers do this. By just ignoring you. All those years of good service went down the drain. Apologies carry very little weight. Maybe in 5-6 years, I’ll change my review. For now we’re starting at 0 again. Word of mouth, from my side hopefully brings attention toward Canes making better...
