Wendy's — Restaurant in Ontario

Wendy's in general is my favorite fast food place. They have a great app and with the deals they have i got almost an $18 tab for $6.45. I screenshotted my receipt. That beings said, this specific Wendy's location is one of the worst ive been to. The parking lot setup is the worst. You have to walk through the drive thru to go around the building to the front because the entrance doors are on the opposite side of the parking lot. Like who designed this building?? Lol. Today, there was a big spill right on the area you wait in line to order. It was there for almost 15 minutes no one went to clean it, no one put a cone out to let anyone know. I ate my food and left and it was still there. They also dont make fresh food very often. I frequent this location because i LYFT at the airport. Most of the time its old patties, brick hard cookies, and today the chocolate frosty machine was out and its not the first time. Im almost always disappointed when i come here but its the only wendys close by. Oh. I almost forgot. The bathroom reeked. Not even joking i could smell it from my table when someone came out of the restroom the smell followed them out. Its not usually smelly but today...

Don’t bother going to this Wendy’s, the employees are very rude. I was trying to order at the drive thru and they took forever to start taking my order, keep in mind I was the only car in the drive thru. When I tried to tell them my order they kept repeating it wrong to me. And I would ask for sauces and they were just silent. They asked me to pull forward in a rude tone, didn’t even ask me to check if my order was correct. I pull up to see them just laughing the back not working, I asked them again for the sauces and if I could have 3 in the bag. They took my card I paid and they just handed me the bag and didn’t say anything else. When I go to open my bag they only gave me 1 sauce, the wrong burger, and I had ordered a sugar cookie, i didn’t even get it. It was on the receipt so they know I ordered it. I don't ever order Wendys late at night but since I live 3 seconds away and it says they don't close until 1am, I thought I'd stop by for a midnight snack. I got there at 12:05pm and I'm waiting to be acknowledged. And their's no one responding. I drove up to the window and their's no one. I honked my horn then I tried to call. No luck...as I'm driving away not understanding why I saw no one!? I noticed they were all sitting in the lobby doing nothing. I drove back around thru the drive thru and said hello!? I see you guys sitting in the lobby. They finally answered and said their system was down. I know they were straight up lieing. I told the young lady to acknowledge me next time instead of having me talk to myself.... Why stay open until 1am if your just gonna sit around and do nothing for...
