We’ve had issues at the other two McDonald’s in the area so this has been the one we go to. Tonight just blew that up. Went through the drive through and ordered $28 worth of food. Paid at first window and got to second window. The girl working that window was attempting to hand me the paper sack that was crammed with everything and stuffed to the rim with fries literally coming out the top of the sack. When she went to pass it to me the sack ripped from the weight and everything fell on the ground between the window and my door. She look at me like “what are you going to do?” I just looked at her land said I was sorry that just happened. She rolled her eyes and told me to pull forward and wait by the walk-out door. We waited there about 15 mins then I went inside. God forbid someone goes inside and needs something! I walk up to the counter where a young male employee is behind the counter shooting the breeze with his buddy. I stand there a little bit to give him the opportunity to say “can I help you.” But no, that’s expecting too much from McDonald’s these days. I eventually said “excuse me” then told him I was the one in the drive through waiting for my order to be redone. He gave me this searing look like I was not only bothering him, but that I wasn’t good enough to speak to him. He said “you mean to want it redone?” I said, “yes, the drive through lady told me to pull up.” This started what would become the next 45 minutes of me in the lobby being told they were “making it.” I asked the status multiple times, even with the manager, and was told my order is at the back of the line because they have to fill all the Door Dash orders first. After nearly an hour since the whole thing started I asked for the manager AGAIN. This time I told her I just wanted a refund. She said, “no they are making it now.” I said “it’s too late, I want a refund.” She took my receipt and walked away. She was gone at least another 10 mins before I asked for her AGAIN to get my refund. She finally brought it out to me and we left. Over an hour spent there with this ordeal. All the workers were rude, inconsiderate, and laughing at the situation. I can’t believe they operate like this without going out of business. Read moreWaited almost 20 minutes after ordering inside today. Our order was simple, yet messed up so horribly that I made the drive back to the restaurant after driving home to get a refund.
The first problem is after me and my daughters were the only people on the inside ordering a few more people came in along with 5-10 teenagers which I assume some of them worked there, but they were off the clock. These kids started walking in the back being loud and joking with the employees on the clock. The kids off the clock then started making themselves food like fry's, frappes, drinks, a burger before they walked back out into the restaurants lobby.
I ordered 2 kids meals (1 burger, 1 4pc nugget) w/drinks and a medium fry with medium caramel coffee. They called our order up and forgot my Fry's and both of my kids drinks. On the way home I told my girls I'll just get them a drink at home because I was frustrated with the workers. My daughter that ordered the cheeseburger said there's only a patty on here. Then I asked do they have their frys and apple slices which they said they didn't. So I decided I'm just going to go back after I get the groceries in and get a refund.
I'm assuming it was the manager that gave me my refund, but during the process was complaining about getting calls from the store owner about poor performance on the 2nd shift and he was telling employees they would likely be fired and they were asking him questions about who was going to work something in the back and he told them to go figure it out.
Long rant I know, but these employees take that job as a joke and something...
Read moreOkay we love all other McDonald’s in this county, rare to have a single issue. This location is ridiculous. I work food delivery, the order is always marked ready before I get there. Yet it’s not started until arrival. Today 4/25/21 at approximately 1:00 pm same thing. Checked in at delivery counter but this time we tried to order a solitary double cheeseburger at register and was actually told I was not allowed to order there I HAD to order at the kiosk 😳 fine. I didn’t feel like it, so I proceeded to wait on a supposedly ready for pick up order (2 combos btw nothing insane) for another ten minutes. THEN TO MY COMPLETE ASTONISHMENT THE SAME EMPLOYEE STARTED TAKING ORDERS AT THE REGISTER! after the customers were done ordering I pointed this out and while looking very lost the employee tried to reason how what happened was justifiable, the employee then tried to offer me to take my order🙄 at this point another ten minutes had past and my blood pressure was up so I declined. After watching the 3 or 4 other orders completed and gone my delivery order finally was tossed into a regular bag (there are specific bags for delivery) another employee points this out to the one employee doing the hand-off, this employee shrugs and says to me to late now and walks off 🤯.
