I was given a reward from the Starbucks app so thanks Starbucks. You guys normally have great to ok customer service but ya'll hiring practices must be going way down! I asked to get a lemon pound cake, warmed which I have in the pass at different Starbucks including this one and was told no which wasn't really a problem enough to give a 1 review but the way it was handled was awful! So she asked the manager I'm assuming and her voice was lower but I still clearly heard everything so when she got back on I said FYI I heard everything you said. Trying to help her out so she won't repeat that practice. And just assumed she would say oh I'm sorry. This younger generation is awful 😖 she said That's Fine and I said what? And she repeated what she said more boldly, with a worse attitude. So what she said that I shouldn't have heard when talking to her manager is her asking the the manager, is the answer no? Cause I don't have a problem telling her NO) So after I got my pound cake I asked to speak to a manager and Kayla came to the window. I asked Kayla can the red hair girl walk away became she was standing there looking at me with a big smile and the manager and her just looked at each other and the red hair girl said No with the same smile. Clearly they were friends, I literally had to say I'm not comfortable with her standing here. Then Kayla nicely and very softly mouth can you walk away. I couldn't even hear her and I was right there, so she just moved from where she was standing to the register which is still right 🤔 there. So as I'm speaking to the manager the red hair girl is giggling and I told Kayla or Kayle that I was leaving a bad review and that's when she started to act concerned and gave me a $4 off gift card. Which I feel like it should have been more just having to deal with that horrible girl. Starbucks need to hire better people. Oh and I'm just realizing I'm on my son's Google but...

Read moreThe interaction at this starbucks with 3 separate partners was not showing the best of what starbucks is. When pulling up yo the window at first glance I thought the barista seemed nice, however once we expressed our concern that a. The foam is not foam (it was regular sweet cream that was either left out too long or just not made properly) b. The drink had little to no ice( was a shaken espresso that was only supposed to have regular ice which if trained properly they would know it's 90% of the drink with a splash of milk) We just wanted the drink remade but before we could even ask her to do that she walked away so fast and rolled her eyes. Came back and handed us foam without even asking us what we didn't like about the drink. The second guy asked us what was wrong and we explained that the drink was mostly milk and had way too much liquid. We would just like it remade, I hate being that person but we like our coffee not mostly milky. He too walked away where a 3rd person came over where we explained the beverage build and she helped us finally. After all of that the espresso does not taste blonde, in fact I'm wondering if we got decaf instead because of the low quality of the flavor of espresso.
