We had a terrible experience at this location. We waited in the drive thru for at least 35 minutes. They did not have what we wanted ready and said it would be a ten minute extra wait. Not upset because we understand things run out, we chose to order something else. Once we finally get up to the window, they had us a bag full of food. Before we pulled off we checked the food and it was a completely different order. The lady at the window stated “oh that’s those peoples behind you’s”. As we are waiting for the correct order she explains that the chow mein is not ready and to pull forward. After another 5-8 minutes my husband finally decided to walk into the store, and see about our food. Once he gets into the car and I open up the food on the way down the road, one plate had nothing but cabbage and a few noodles. The other was nothing but uncooked noodles. The Beijing beef was old and very soggy, the orange chicken was extremely spicy and my child could not eat it. This was the very first time we have ever came to this location and it will be the last for us. I understand the circumstances with COVID, but to only be doing drive thru and online orders it should not be hard to cook the food properly. If I was able to give 0...
Read moreIf they can't do any better in the drive thru they need to go ahead and open the lobby back up. Every time I go through the drive thru it is hit or miss on the quality of the food. I ordered the Honey Sesame Chicken today and requested to make sure that there is plenty of green beans and peppers with the meat. I also ordered half noodles half rice. When I got ALLLLL the way back home, I had no vegetables and only rice. At least when we could go in to order and leave you could tell if the meat looked old and you could make sure they put the vegetables on the plate because you're watching them make it. Only having drive thru access, you get whatever. And then I tried to call and talk to the manager and they could have cared less!!! Keep on not caring, you'll find yourself shut down before the...
Read moreNot the worst, but not the best. The chicken egg rolls are okay. The chow mein a bit lacking flavor but is okay. The Kong pao chicken is okay, though very spicy. That was kind of my fault because I didn't know kung pao chicken is a spicy dish by default. The crab rangoon is something I wouldn't recommend unless you like cream cheese that barely has taste except for a little salt and a bunch of sand in your mouth. The place has a clean atmosphere and friendly service so it's definitely not the worst place. I just wouldn't order everything...
