McDonald's — Restaurant in Oregon

I went to this place a lot about a year ago then they fell down hill and messed up three different orders on three different occasions and all one right after the other so I stopped going to this location.... today my pregnant wife and I were heading to work and she asked me stop and get her some breakfast so I pulled it to this McDonald's thinking its been about a year they should have fired the people that had been so worthless before I ordered my food and pulled up to pay with my debit card (has more then enough to buy the food on it... and worked across the street at Starbucks moments before) and the person at the window swipes my card like 7 tines and says it says this card is not approve it's not you sir it's us..... well I'm sorry but I don't think this location is ran by anyone with common sense with technology as it is nobody pays in cash anymore and if your management is allowing you to loose business and customs do to pore upkeep and poor workers your not good a management and need to get your lazy ass back to the fryer I will never go back to this location and I don't ever suggest anyone does the previous Review's seem fake..... not even the managers deserve...

Hispanic lady in the drive thru not sure if she’s the manager but was incredibly unprofessional and rude. I went to the drive thru ordered my meal parked to make sure everything was there since this location tends to forget something each time. I noticed the 4 sauces were missing so I sent my sister to tell them they forgot our sauces. The lady rudely said they charge for sauces and my sister returned. So I got out of the car and went inside with the receipt to show the I paid for 4 sauces originally that’s included in two combos. The man who was assisting me was kind and gave them to me. The Hispanic lady with the black hat pulled him to the side and spoke in Spanish saying “she already gave them to me in the bag and she remembered 2 and 2” well all of my sauces were the same flavor so clearly wrong bag she’s remembering. I offered to bring in all the items and show there are no sauces but the man said it was ok and the female employee or manager rolled her eyes by the drive thru. Drive-thru employee had such long nails she could barely put things into the register and was unable to grab cash out of my hand!!!! Had to share because this is the most ridiculous thing, it is a very common thing for fast food cashiers to have long nails however this is the first instance of watching a fast food cashier struggle because of the size and length of their nails and be unable to perform duties of their job. Went through tried to use a pay code but failed so had to use cash, I had watched this girl punch a couple things into the register and it looked like she was struggling her nails are a little over an inch long, when I went to go hand her the cash she's not able to grab it due to the nails and it dropped going underneath my vehicle. To which she stared at me, this is a very bizarre experience considering I've never gone through a drive-thru with somebody with such excessively long nails that they were not able to grasp money.
