Sbarro Clackamus — Restaurant in Oregon

Didn't think I would get here today and to this point since I loved this place and their food but I cannot deal with the rude and horrible customer service at that place correction customer service doesn't exist for them and customer first doesn't either employees are rude and always give you a dirty stare whenever I tried to order anything sadly also they do not know what they are doing at all asked the employee what comes with the combo and he said 2 slices of pizza a drink and a side come to the other end the employee rudely said that it doesn't come with 2 slices of pizza only comes with 1 slice a side and a drink how do your employees don't know what they are doing?? Also, maybe if the manager wouldn't be tolerating that, the employees would be a little less rude, and yeah, I was ordering. There once when it was sorta busy maybe 3 people in line I overheard how rude he was with customers who weren't happy about the employee giving them the wrong thing I see where that attitude is coming from last time ever will I come to this place and I recommend everyone not to unless you're trying to get your mood wrapped on by their great...

We used to love their pizza, but I'll say what happened with me when I placed an order:

1st time: it was my daughter's birthday last year, and I ordered 2 pizzas and they came completely burnt.

2nd time: it was my other daughter's birthday. I placed an order with doordash to be ready by 2:30, the driver contacted me saying that the pizzas were not ready and he had to wait until 3:30 to pick up the order, which eventually I received at 3:45 pm, leaving my guests starving, and one of the pizzas was burnt.

3rd time: we were at Clackamas mall and made an order, the said it will be ready in 20 minutes, we came after half an hour and it wasn't ready, and they forgot to make it, we had to wait another 20 minutes, and the pizza was burnt again.

4th time, it was my daughter's sweet 16th birthday this year and I made an order at 5:00 pm asking the pizza to be ready at 6:00. I came at six and they forgot to make the pizza again, and we waited until 6:30 pm and the pizza was burnt again.

No more chances for Sbarro pizza from our family, we will never...

If I could give them a 0 star I would. The older gentleman that works there is most rudest person I’ve ever encountered. I work in the service industry as well and I would never do what he did. The moment I ordered I was instantly given attitude we got 6 items every time we ask for an item he would rudely serve it. At the checkout was the stick that broke the camels back. They over charged us and told us that the prices had just changed overnight but the board still had the old prices. Not that we’re not willing to pay, but the way he addressed it was just ridiculously rude, he asked the cashier what seems to be the problem so she said” the price, he than rudely said yeah because the price went up”. Yeah that’s not a problem but maybe it should be changed on the board too the one that people look at when ordering and not on your computer where it comes to a surprise. It wasn’t the price change that made me mad and told him to take the food back it was the rudeness of his service that I couldn’t stand for. So never will I be...
