Over-all, I'd say 9 out of 10, maybe 9.5.

The service is very fast and open to specific modifications/questions, which is refreshing to see.

The quality of the sushi is also pretty good, especially considering the affordable pricing.

From my experience, it seems that the people there are always genuine and nice to any and all customers, really nice environment.

My only suggestion would be to either have more area for customers around grab and go section, since sometimes someone in front of me will take their time, and I can't see the available options until their done. Still excellent service though.

I've frequently stopped by in between classes, after the gym, during study sessions and have always had a great experience. I've probably bought twenty or so rolls from them and counting. The sushi is made very well-known which I was skeptical about at first with Fishbone being in a university that mainly has fast food for meal options.
