Don’t get cheese on top of your burritos because they don’t properly spread it out on top of the burritos and their conveyor oven id too short and they don’t roll the burrito wider so its short enough to fit better. None of them know how to drizzle sauces and blame the ladles. The pico is usually only 1-1.5 oz instead of the 2oz it comes with. If you ask for light lettuce they pit the normal amount which means they stack it up when it’s normal amount. And if you tell them it’s too much they still leave it in there instead of taking some out for you. Also they never offer a bag and unless you know they have them then you assume they don’t have any instead of asking. Also their prices are weird because they aren’t underneath the corporate, most college campus ones aren’t. Also a good chuck of the time the chicken is kind of burnt and the rice isn’t recently switched and is...

He went at least once a week for several months, when one of the the employees asked if he wanted the vegetarian sauce on his order. When he said he'd been told that they were all vegetarian, it was clarified with the manager that most of them were not vegetarian.
The employees need to be trained better on this. There are a variety of reasons people may want to eat vegetarian, from religious reasons, to digestive issues, to a personal moral stance, to just preferring a vegetarian option that day. At the minimum, they should not be saying something is vegetarian if they...
