FOR ONCE, we get a restaurant at UVU that doesn't have rude workers and actually delivers.
Chick Fil A is obviously great and I don't think I need to say much about the food itself.
But I've been to a lot of the restaurants at the food court here and their customer service and delivery (by that, I mean the way the food comes out) is HOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOORRIBLE.
A bunch of young adult college kids that feel bad for themselves and feel like they have to take it out on you when all you want to do is buy food. I understand everyone has problems but it doesn't mean you should have a negative attitude. You never know what someone's going through and even if it's worse than what you're going through.
But this Chick Fil A lived up to its company's customer service standards. I'm really happy for this Chick Fil A and I'll definitely go here again when I pass through the food court.

They always provide a welcoming environment filled with happy red shirts and yummy warm chicken. Chick-fil-a never disappoints. However, my experience at the UVU Chick-fil-a brought me to tears. It was late in the day and I was starving. I was delighted to see that Chick-fil-a was open. I ordered my usual strawberry frosted lemonade, but was embarrassed when the employee gave me a gross look. At first he told me that they wouldn’t make that for me and then he rolled his eyes and had his coworker make it instead. I ordered a sandwich as well but had to wait a total of 10 minutes to actually get my food. They didn’t ask if I wanted sauce and didn’t even care that I was there. Read moreThe forced kiosk, the competency of the staff, and the wait time, are all bad. Even during times when the kiosk is closed and they take your order in person... they messed up my order and also missed everything free: water and sauces.
My friend had an incident where they supposedly called her name for her order, then threw it away. She had checked with them at the estimated 30 MIN wait time and they said they hadn't called her name yet. She went back a second time at 60 mins, at which point they said they had thrown it away, and would need to remake it. She was listening for her name the whole time, so it doesnt seem like they made an effort to raise their voice and repeat calling out her name.
After all that, they also didn't offer to do anything to make up for their mistake besides just making the order again.
This location needs an overhaul on service...
