Terrible service, Iām an Uber eats delivery driver & I really wish they would take this place off of the app . The first red flag I encountered while waiting to be taken care of or even acknowledged was the employees gave a customer a receipt with no total on it, she used card payment . She explained to them how was she supposed to know what they charged her, how could she trust that they charged her the amount they were stating was charged with no price on a receipt ? What receipt doesnāt include a total ? Thatās literally the purpose a receipt serves ? To show what was purchased & the total .. secondly there was two employees taking one customer at a time . Why does it take two ppl to ring up one customer? Anyways, my pickup order was not ready needless to say . The woman was looking at my phone to put together the order & im not really sure why . They get the orders on their end on a tablet & theyāre only able to see any special requests from the customer, not me . She kept asking ME what they ordered as if they didnāt have it right there on the screen . Iām required to verify the order by checking the receipt to the items on my end & I was not given a receipt to verify the items . I asked āis this everything?ā She said yes . It was not . My customer was missing an item because of their poor service which resulted in ME getting a bad rating because I couldnāt verify the items correctly . Iāve already contacted Uber about this issue & they resolved it for me however, my point is .. if you canāt handle regular in person customers, then you canāt handle online ordering on top of that . Please just opt out of online orders if youāre incapable of performing the orders properly . It reflects poorly on the delivery drivers when we canāt verify that you packaged all the correct items when given no receipt . This is not a bashful review, just blunt...

He apologized to the other 2 girls because of the long wait, while the only thing he said to me was, is this for you or for the customer? Because I'm not a white woman or what?
