Blondie's — Restaurant in Orlando

I suffer from Celiac so restaurants are a nightmare. Visiting Universal after a 5 year hiatus I was excited to try new places and foods. My fiancé and I decided to try your sandwich shop because you had gluten free options. I ordered a Roast Beef sandwich with as many of the toppings I could. The chef came out and prepared my sandwich personally. The bun was individually wrapped so I knew immediately that it wasn't going to be a soft moist roll. I paid a hefty amount for our meals and had a seat. As soon as I picked my sandwich up and took a bite it crumbled! EVERYTHING fell out and I was left with pieces of roll in my hand. I attempted to put mustard onto the pieces and re stack my sandwich but it was a lost cause. I grabbed a fork and ate the innards. All of the bun ceumbles went into the garbage and I was left with a roast beef salad. The highlight of the meal was the side of French fries that were separately fried in their own fryer. This place was super depressing. Everyone working looked tired and miserable. We went in when there were maybe three families in the whole establishment and it still took them like 15 minutes to put pre-packaged ingredients on a bun and fill a soda cup. One of the employees literally stood there and just handed lids to another employee who was filling the drinks.... The sandwiches I saw were all essentially SYSCO trash tier in quality. We got the tuna sandwich for our 2 year old. Bread was stale, tuna-fish lacked any hint of seasoning. The side was potato salad but I was just as bland and pathetic. My wife said the best food in the place was the prepackaged condiments lol! I just....I don't know why the place is even open. Just shut it down or revamp...

First and second visit and orders were great, ordered the chilli cheese fries and thought they were lovely. Third visit went down hill fast, had to wait for fries which took an absolute age to come, there was literally no hurry from the staff as the queue was out the door. Felt sorry for the people in the queue behind us and the girl on the cash register as she was a bit inexperienced and ended up charging me double what i should of paid, then had to wait for someone from management to to come to the cafe to issue a refund. By which time my food was cold which I stated to the cashier, too the reply of, at least your children have eaten.... Generally a good place for good food at a reasonable price. Just sharing a...
