Charley's Philly steaks — Restaurant in Orlando

To start with a quarter of my order wasn’t even in the bag when I got home. I paid extra for certain items & instructions that were not followed so a waste of money and food overall, it wasn’t eaten because of said instructions not being followed. I go back to the store to fix the problem & they say they didn’t have enough of what I ordered so I ask for a refund that they seem to not be able to do either. Hands down the worst service completely. No one called to notify about said missing items either or bothered to mention it when the order was being picked up I had to do the run around for them to still do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about it because even when the gave me at least one of the missing items I got home & still again no sauce so a waste of my time on top of that because I still didn’t get to eat the part of the order they gave me because the job was once again half done. For your own sake & hunger go to another location at least because they will just waste your food time...

I went to this location today after church and ordered food. While waiting for my food a worker I had just seen sitting on the ground in front of the building got up and came inside to work. He went in the cooking part, NEVER WASHING HIS HAND, and grabbed gloves. He out the gloves on moved the trash can, went underneath and grabbed vegetables and began to mixed those vegetables up. He then decided to go to the breads and cut the breads in half and begin putting vegetables and mayo. He went to the fries then packed up the plates he was working on. I nicely told the other worker what I had seen. He replied he put on gloves. I replied Yes but he didn’t wash his hands before picking up those gloves from coming outside doing whatever. He then said he would make everything for me him self. After seeing the guy still doing the same stuff I decide no thank you I just wanted a refund bc I wouldn’t be able to get vegetables due to him having mixed the veggies with his hands. I was...

This review is not about the cheesesteaks because I was born and raised in Philly so my opinion would be biased. My husband and I went here for the first time tonight. The woman who took our order was nice and she asked us for here or to go and I said to go. We waited about 15 minutes for our order and she gave it to us on a tray instead of to go containers. My husband told her it was to go and she apologized. My husband offered to bag it himself if she gave him the containers and she said she would take care of it. The woman who was cooking had an attitude because the other woman was bagging our order and told her to leave it and help the customer at the register. The cook then bagged up the customer's order after us and gave him his order. Our food sat there another five minutes until she decided that she wanted to bag it up for us.
