Dunkin' — Restaurant in Orlando

Can I get a hot chocolate in the deal instead of a coffee since I can't have coffee? It's cheaper anyways so it's not like yall are losing money? No?

Bruh. I might have anger issues, but I hate this dunkin. Small things like this keep piling up and pushing me away. I'm not ordering from here again because I'm feeling petty. It doesn't make a difference to them, but it's overpriced, and I'm upset.

The food is fine. The breakfast sandwiches get overcooked and are relatively smashed when you get them. Hot chocolate is almost never completely stirred in, so it tastes like muddy water until you get to the chunk of powder at the bottom. It's fine if you get a straw and stir it in yourself. Refreshers are fine, hashbrowns are also frequently overcooked, but it's not the end...

They've made my drink right once. They've asked me how to make my drink. They "lost" my order for fifteen minutes, twice. I had to ask about it. They ran out of an ingredient in my drink and didn't bother to tell me, they were just going to have me sit there until they got more delivered I guess. They don't know how to refund mobile orders. The training in this place is appalling. I get that it's a new location but it's been almost a month, there's no reason for me to go to Dunkin every MWF and only have my drink right one time.

Also, I know the one 5-star person and she's partially in charge of community engagement so she has a vested interest in this place succeeding.

Edit: they've now literally stolen money from me and refused to refund it or make my food so...

If I could give no stars I would. The training and management under Sheila of this dunkin franchise is horrible! Every time I go there my drink is made incorrectly and never tastes good.
