Five Guys — Restaurant in Orlando

Entire staff is unprofessional. Waited in line for almost 10 min. to place an order. Got to the counter, and there is only 1 cashier and at least 8 others working behind the counter. There was a phone order that just came through that no one wanted to take and they were passing it around like a hot potato. Finally they gave it to the only cashier helping customers and she started taking the order and left me just waiting on her. I was on break so I told her just ring me up for a soda so I could go. She held up her pointer finger at me and said nothing, as if to tell me to hold without saying "excuse me" or "I apologize." I asked for the manager and the corporate number. A man came out of the back, and asked what was wrong. I explained the experience and he told me that it was policy that the phone orders come first. I asked him why would phone orders take priority over the customers who are standing in store face to face who have been in line for almost 10 min? He said I'm sorry but that it is company policy. So I said that is OK, if that is company policy than I will just call your corporate office. And I asked for the number again and the name of the manager and the girl working the counter. At this point there are no orders going through and all of the staff are doing nothing but staring at me, because the cashier is still putting in the phone order. He went into the back for a couple more min. And finally came out with a ripped up napkin or paper towel with a name of a manager who is not there. I said what is the girls name? He said, I don't know her name. I asked him how do you not know the names of your employees? He looked at me blankly. I asked for his name, he "said" his name was George or Jeorge. But I'm not sure if I believe him. Waiting on the District manager to contact me back. I will never go there again. After being a loyal customer to this location for over 6 years since I started working in this mall. I wish I could give a 0☆ rating, because this place doesn't even deserve the 1☆ I...

Good lord you need to avoid this five guys. Entire crew of maybe 8 were working yet it took over 15mins to receive my food when there was only one person ahead of me. Absolutely the laziest group of people I've ever seen in a food establishment.

Workers that walked by smelling like straight marijuana. Employees were rude to other customers. 3 of the add on items for my burger were not on the burger. Fries were way over salted. The list could go on but just do yourself a favor and avoid this place. It's a shame because Five Guys is amazing, but this place creates a horrible image for tourists who typically will eat this for...

I believe it was Shamika at the register taking orders and she was a rude as can be. She would yell and be little customers who struggled speaking English and had an attitude while taking orders and not a single smile. There was two gentleman handing the food out that were a pleasure, they made sure we didn't need anything else and looked happy to be there.
