If I can give them 0 stars I would. When we got to the bowling alley we told them we had 2 people in our party and we wanted to play 3 games. The employee then told us that there is a wait and it’s going to be about 2 hours. This was at 7:30pm, so I gave them my name and they asked for my phone number to call when it is our turn. So we went back to the hotel and at like 8:45 we figured let’s start walking back there. So when we got there and I again gave them my name they said ok no problem we will get you on a lane right now. Ok, where was the phone call you said you were going to give us when they were ready for us? Also we noticed as we were playing that there was a clock counting down and as soon as the clock counted to zero they cut us off? We were in the middle of our last game and they cut us off? I told them I wanted to play three games. Then when we went up to the desk they told us it’s by the hour! Well why didn’t you tell us that when we gave our name and we waited two hours. Also the family of 4 right next to us started at exactly the same time we did, how is it that our time ran out but they had 45 minutes left?!? This place is so unorganized! They need more lanes because obviously they are busy. I will never go back there and I will tell family and friends not to either if they ever stay...

While vacationing at Cabana Bay Resort, we made reservations. They were pretty booked during our available times on our first full day, so we booked for our second day. Reservations were easy to make via website. Once we arrived at the reserved time, we were greeted and provided shoes for our party. It was easy to tell which lane we would be using, as our last name was visible on the screen. As soon as we were set up, our waitress stopped by and took our drinks and appetizer order. Food and service were good! We had a party of 6 and bowled for 90 minutes. Our group had a blast! We were able to play a full game and we're almost halfway through our second in our allotted time.
