Drhum Club Kantine — Restaurant in Orlando

We didn't order food so I am only rating the drinks and service. I want to start by saying that the service was good, especially for a busy Saturday. there was one person behind the bar, and it was very busy. the wait time was long. The drinks are very overpriced for what you get. The cups are small. We paid over $100 for four frozen cocktails before the forced 18% gratuity was added. None of the drinks were made very well, couldn't taste any alcohol and this is coming from someone who only drinks on special occasions. Like I said we don't drink often and we did not get a buzz from two drinks each. We didn't care for the Pina Coladas we ordered on the first round. Had better coladas at chain restaurants sadly. But hoped maybe the second round would be better. Nope. Orange creamsicle tasted like straight up frozen orange juice-could not taste the Baileys (pretty sure there was none) and the mudslide tasted like bad fake chocolate. Would NEVER order drinks from this bar again. Worst tasting frozen drinks we've ever had. Forcing 18% gratuity for horribly made drinks is totally insane. The bartender tonight on 10/23/2021 told a server that asked her for something, that she wasn’t giving it to him, because she wasn’t being compensated for it, very loudly, for everyone to hear as we were sitting down. She then told us (with an attitude) that we needed to wait for a server to order food, which was odd, because we ordered from the bar the day before. Keep in mind we were the only customers there. We waited for a server, he handed us menus, and told us we could order from the bar or him, and then stood off to the side on his phone for 15 mins before we decided to just go ahead and leave. The bartender was yelling/arguing with a man who just sat down, who wanted to keep a tab open in the meantime, and dismissing a slew of other customers that were trying to order from her, who then decided to leave as well. I’ve never experienced anything like this before, especially considering the already high prices, and the automatic gratuity that is added to everything you order. Everyone has bad days,...

It was late (7pm) and only one Server/Bartender was still on shift even though the bar stools were packed and the pool had tons of kids and parents still playing and roasting marshmallows. The drinks were priced way too high considering the entrees at the award-winning restaurant just inside the door were less expensive than a single cocktail at this bar. ($20 for a single mixed drink, and it was maybe 12 oz if I am being generous). If I ordered a gourmet drink from inside, it would have been $16. It's clear they are charging for location. There was one couple ahead of me in line and it took ~10 minutes to get a single cocktail. I wasn't happy, but the 18% gratuity was mandatory and forced, and the resulting service showed that they were not trying to win me over. Oddly, I would have tipped more if my tip was not forced from my wallet and the service staff wasn't over-worked and overwhelmed. I usually start at 20% and move up depending on how I feel...
