What a night. I ordered one single item at this location for Curbside Pickup around 9pm. Minutes passes by, nobody brings my order. I called three times on the phone to see if there was anything wrong, since it has been half an hour and nobody has brought my order. By the window, I see this "manager" (lady on the photo) laughing, talking with other coworkers, and even playing with an employee's hair. Clearly they were "busy". After waiting and waiting, I decided to go inside and ask for my order. No one is at the counter. Manager and other employees are in the kitchen and still talking and laughing to themselves. As soon as the manager notices me, she rolls her eyes and continues to keep chatting with the coworkers. When I call her attention, and ask her if someone was going to come to the counter because there are people waiting. And as soon as she comes, and I tell her that I have been waiting for half an hour for my order, she storms off, calling me the a. hole word. I have always been a respectful person, I have worked customer service as well, and never in my life I would insult a customer just because they are literally asking a simple work related question. Obviously I got upset due to the fact that she is the "manager", and thinks that is okay to call customers a. holes even tho they already paid. To make matters worse, she would not give me my order which magically got completed, despite no one bringing my order. She continued insulting me on the kitchen, and it is funny, because after I asked her to repeat what she said to me, she decided to just hide in the kitchen and keep trash talking about me, like a child. I do not know this employee got the position for manager. But this conduct is definitely not acceptable. I showed her once again proof of my order, and since she decided to keep being unprofessional and not give me my order, I end up getting it myself. Surprisingly, when I got to the ice machine, there was no ice at all. One of the customers who was also waiting laughed and said "wow they do not even have ice". Not only this manager loves insulting customers but also does not pay attention on keeping the restaurant counter stocked, and ice machine filled. I hope higher-up management takes action against this manager that clearly hates her job. But there was absolutely no way that I was gonna let it pass after a MANAGER calls u a. hole just because I asked her about my curbside order. I am not surprised to see how other people have complained against the same lady manager. Higher management from this location should definitely remove her from manager position. I am also sending this complaint to corporate. This manager lady is unprofessional and bad example for the company.

Hello! So firstly, I would like to say thank you for always being so kind at this location, so far every experience I have had at this McDonald’s has been positive. There is something I’d like to bring to the attention of the manager of this McDonald’s, and that is your palm trees outside, one of your palms appears to have caught a disease, it could potentially be either Lethal Bronzing or Palm Weevil, both of which are deadly for palms, I would recommend removing and replacing this deceased palm for three reasons: 1. It’s an extreme fire hazard, when palms lose their chlorophyll (green) their fronds become combustible causing very unpredictable fires when exposed to high heat. 2. It’s an environmental hazard, palm diseases are contagious and can negatively impact other plant based wildlife. So it should be removed to protect the other palm trees. 3. It’s not exactly a pleasing view for either locals or tourists, Healthy Palms are one of the many things that make Orlando such a respectable place, knowing that McDonald’s cares about Florida’s palm species would make a great impact for both this location and the brand as a whole. These are the pictures below of the dying palm, it appears to be a Mexican Fan Palm, replacing this species with palms that have a better tolerance to Florida’s hot and wet climate like Cabbage Palms or Coconut Palms may be beneficial here. I’d also recommend contacting your neighbor “Zaxby’s” and alert them of the same thing, they too have multiple palm trees that have turned brown and died, more than likely affected by what appears to also be either Lethal Bronzing or Palm Weevil on their property and there is a good chance that this is what caused this palm at McDonald’s to die. You still have time to protect the other palm tree species on your property. With this being said, I hope you continue to have a wonderful day!

So I decided to go to McDonald’s because I haven’t had a big Mac in a really long time. I stopped eating it because in the past when I ate one of the burgers it tasted really nasty. But I was thinking today “well they probably come along way since then especially since all the bad news about their food so let me just try it one more time.” When I ordered my food I got free fries because of a mobile order coupon. When I started to eat my fries I got halfway in when I realized that in the middle of my fries was a huge fried bug. I threw up the fries That was in my mouth so quickly. This is absolutely disgusting, and unacceptable. They never gave me a receipt so I could never do a survey. But I went straight to the McDonald’s website and I filed a complaint. One thing is for sure I am never going back to McDonald’s ever again, you should do the same. Update: recent visit So after a very long time, I’ve decided to go back to this McDonald’s and eat with my husband. The experience was very poor. The food took extremely long to make. I was thinking well at least it’ll be fresh. If I have to wait that long for food I expect it to be fresh out the pot, that was not the case in this visit. Me and my husband both got double fish meals and they tasted very dry and very old. The french fries were tasteless. All the soda machines were out of the drinks, and the only thing that was pouring was mostly water. The staff were mediocre and rude. I thought maybe after a long time I would give this please another chance. I’m not going back here again. This McDonald’s needs a whole new staff, and a deep look into why the store is so horrible and the food is so nasty.

My name is Gabriel and I just had to reach out to you to voice my serious concerns with your restaurant’s management and the quality of service and food I received last night. It was absolutely disgraceful. My girlfriend and I went to your Melenia location last night at about 11pm. When we arrived, we both had deals we wanted to use. I had the app installed on my phone and she had the app installed on hers. We had 2 separate orders. My deal worked fine, but for some reason, hers did not. The employee working at the time must have made a mistake. Anyways, she was charged full price for the meal($10+ instead of $6.59 which was the deal) so, we simply asked the manager at the time( A young Hispanic female. Picture attached) to refund the order and recharge it with the deal applied. She replied “we don’t do refunds here” and said that we were the ones that had the problem and that it is what it is basically. I asked her to please try and she refused to do so and was very rude about it too. She was rolling her eyes and everything. I told her that if we can’t get the discount, could you at least throw something in for free to make up for it? And she just slammed the window in my face. That was COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR FROM ANY MANAGER PERIOD. To make matters worse, the quality of the food was horrible. The fries were rock hard and completely inedible. The burgers were also cold and didn’t taste fresh at all. I asked the manger to come back to the window and showed her the fries and she told us “that’s how they all are” , “it’s the oil” and “they are all like that”. This is completely unacceptable and untrue. I’ve been to probably over 100 McDonalds locations in my life and the fries are NEVER like that. It’s very disappointing to se such poor quality of food. And to add insult to injury, the manager refused to remake them! Like are you serious? Never in my days has any manager or employee of a McDonalds franchise refuse to remake food that wasn’t to the customer’s expectations. NEVER. She would remake ANY of our meal and my Fiancée over paid as well. This is not okay by any means so my fiancée and I decided to wait at the window until the manager agreed to make things right. She never did. As a matter of fact… she did the opposite. She literally called the cops on us!!! Absolutely insane! Not only did we receive horrible service from rude staff and horrible quality food, but we had to waste time speaking to a police officer. I am absolutely blown away and lost for words. This type of treat and behavior should never be tolerated and the manager on duty should be fired immediately. I will NEVER visit this location again and am beyond disappointed in this location. Honestly it makes the entire...
