I WILL NOT EVER BE GOING BACK!

this is the second time that she ruined my mornings. The first time was when I asked her to not shake my drink as I like everything like shots, white mocha, ice just be in the cup, she gave me a mean look and said: “ no, we don't shake here” yes you guys did, that was why I asked for not doing that.

Second time as of today, I asked her for a medium cup of half and half on the side for my coffee. she charged me for the milk, and I told her that I was not charged at the starbucks that my husband usually goes. She said: “ you can go to that starbucks and get free one” RUDE! she could have said that in a nicer way as that was their policy. I was not begging for free drink. You can tell the team here is working really hard with the lack of support with staffing. The wait times are directly impacted by the lack of needed teammates on the floor and the time of day. Any time the baristas can truly slow down and connect they always bring kindness and great customer service. Paulette, Jay, Cat, and Alex care and work with the tools they are given. Any issues here should go back to terrible corporate structures and lack of proper staffing.

Starbucks is not what it was 20 years ago. Just disappointing to see reviews here that do not point out the real problem. That these issues are not at the store level it’s corporate policy and lack of understanding. Just like every other service...

I'm sorry but this Starbucks HABITUALLY messes up my order and I don't have the time to pull up again or go inside to wait for them to get it right. They've put ice in my NITRO cold brew, they've given me black coffee when I ordered it with milk, the label even says it. I've order the shaken espresso twice and they just give me lattes that tastes so watered down. They messed up my order and when I got it replaced, they made my sit their and drink it so that "they knew it was right"which is just uncomfortable when you have 4 people staring at you drink. And Their ice is always half melted. If you have time, go down the street to the location in front of target they care about your order and it always comes...
