This place is tucked away inside the lobby of an I-Drive area hotel. A quaint little counter service spot with a couple of tables, and a glass case containing lots of delectable looking desserts.
Service was very friendly. They made recommendations. I tried to make the distinction that I wanted what they thought would be the best thing to eat, Not what they thought American tourists would best stomach. And they hooked me up. I got a few things with some new flavors, I was astounded.
Everything was really good. And from the event, the way that they weaved Indian flavors into more recognizable foods was genius. I think this place is going to go a long way to getting people with less adventurous palates to explore Indian cuisine more. They're like a gateway drugs.
Before you know it, the patrons of this place will be into biryanis and dosas and much harder stuff. I love it....
